00:00London drivers face the possibility of longer journeys as renewal work begins on the Brent Cross flyover.
00:07The A41 flyover will be reduced to one lane in each direction, with closures planned during work lasting up to

00:15Transport for London says the work will strengthen the route and prevent full closures.
00:21More than 120,000 vehicles use the route.
00:25Drivers are advised to avoid the area, while long-distance journeys could use the M25 instead.
00:32Buses will run, but are said to face the same restrictions.
00:35The work will also affect parts of the North Circular Road, Edgware Road and the A1, with changes phased through
