03:31Discussions highlighted the need for effective national and international coordination in addressing emerging terrorist threats linked to modern technologies, as
03:39well as the importance of the counterterrorism information exchange system developed under the Baku Security Forum.
03:44I think in today's world's perspective, security is really a great concern to all the countries. And a single country
03:53cannot really fight against terrorism alone. So we need to assist each other. And that's why I think this is
04:00a good platform where we all can share our views and also share our experience so that how best we
04:07can counter the terrorism and violent extremism.
04:10Making cooperation work when a crisis hits is a challenge. And one of the main aims of this forum is
04:17to bring these agencies together. Security threats have a habit of evolving quickly. And another threat here is to encourage
04:24countries to work together to combat those future attacks.
04:29Well, I think the main thing is getting together. Because I think that no nation alone can handle this type
04:36of threat in the way it should. So it's very important to have this type of meetings in order to
04:42see what's happening in the cyber environment or cyber dominion.
