00:38But him being here is really cool, it's really cool.
00:41I think he's going to be really good for our team, good for the organization, good for the

00:45For our team, he's someone who's done it before, who's won before, he talks about getting
00:50one for Cibre like I do, and he's going to just uplift the whole entire team, entire organization.
