00:44Let them be themselves, and not compare themselves to anyone.
00:47Or at least try, because I know it's sometimes a bit complicated.
00:50Giving up what I would like to be, or don't want to be, is like focusing more on the same thing.
00:54And that they be grateful for the little things in life.
00:57Don't dwell on the negative, but learn from the process.
