00:22semiconductors through repeated design, fabrication, and testing. Navitas said it was selected for
00:28its ultra-high-voltage silicon carbide innovation, defense-grade performance, and reliability,
00:32and U.S.-anchored manufacturing ecosystem. The company will develop 10-kV silicon carbide
00:37IGBTs using its patented trench-assisted planar architecture and advanced pin diode technologies.
00:43Navitas shares were up 16.03% in after-hours trading at $13.61 on Monday, according to Benzinga Pro.
