00:00:08talking about depression or sadness if you know you're feeling sad and you're feeling
00:00:16depressed you know nothing's going good in your life and you know how to go to the scriptures
00:00:23and pull out some scriptures that may make you feel better but the first scripture I'm going to
00:00:31pull is Proverbs because like that is one of my favorite scriptures out of all scriptures because
00:00:41it tells you to trust in the most high not in man so in Proverbs 3 and 5 it says
00:00:52trust in the Lord
00:00:53with all thine heart and lean not upon your own understanding lean upon the understanding
00:01:01of this Bible don't lean upon the understanding of man and in all thy ways acknowledge him everything
00:01:12that you do you need to always give praise thank you Lord thank you God thank you Heavenly Father
00:01:19whatever name it is that you call him because he have many many many many many names so you want
00:01:25to always give the credit to the most high in Christ's name right and all thy ways acknowledge
00:01:32him and he shall direct the past so if you do that folks he will direct your path he will
00:01:39put a spirit
00:01:40on you he will look after you but you really have to have faith and you have to believe in
00:01:48him when
00:01:49we're going through our trials because we're always going to go through trials tribulations you're going
00:01:56to go through things at work you're going to go through things at home and sometimes you you know in
00:02:02the world you're going to second guess yourself you're going to say but why why why is this happening to
00:02:08me why I'm a good person you know things like that listen that's life things happen to all of us
00:02:15but
00:02:16here is some scriptures that you can meditate on and maybe they you know may help you let's start with
00:02:25Deuteronomy chapter 31 and verse 8 Deuteronomy chapter 31 verse 8 and it says in the Lord
00:02:42he it is that do go before thee he will be with thee he will not fail thee neither forsake
00:02:53thee
00:02:54fear not neither be dismayed so right here you know the most high is telling you trust in him
00:03:03basically if you have faith in him and his son and you trust on them you will be fine okay
00:03:12sometimes we
00:03:13have to go through things always remember that Christ was the greatest man to ever walk this earth and
00:03:20he went through trials and tribulations too and he even got murdered so we have to stay in the spirit
00:03:29of that we have to stay in the spirit of Christ we have to understand that we're being tested God
00:03:36is
00:03:36always testing us he's going to always test you and you know what I realized that we're going to be
00:03:43put
00:03:43to a test the Lord is going to test you he's not going to put more on you than you
00:03:48can bear but you
00:03:49better believe he's going to try you you're going to be tried you're going to you have to go through
00:03:54the fire like everyone everyone must be tried and go through that fire okay let's go into Psalms 34
00:04:06we're gonna go to Psalms chapter 34 verse 17 we're gonna start from there Psalms chapter 34 verse 17 and
00:04:24we're gonna start reading there and it's 17 says the righteous cry and the Lord hear it and deliver them
00:04:34out of all their troubles Lord knows he delivered me I've been in many things and
00:04:43somehow I got out of there and I got out of it because I have faith in God and I
00:04:49trust in him
00:04:50he's always gonna make things better for you but you really have to believe it inside you know if you
00:04:57talk it you must walk it that's hey if you talk it you gotta walk it you know and the
00:05:06Lord is not
00:05:07unto them that are of a broken heart if your heart is broken where my heart has been broken a
00:05:14few times
00:05:15you know and somehow I pulled through you know I became very depressed at times and I got through it
00:05:24and the only way I got through is because my belief in my faith in the most high that he
00:05:29will help you
00:05:30you have to believe that and save it such as be of a contrite spirit okay a contrite spirit
00:05:41let's look up that word contrite because uh it has it says in my Bible it says crushed so you
00:05:53know I
00:05:54won't even look it up crushed a crushed spirit and sometimes people can say the wrong things to you
00:06:02and really crush your spirit like you could be on cloud nine feeling really great and good about something
00:06:09and especially it can come from someone that really loves you they can really crush your spirit
00:06:15but with their tongue because you know the tongue is like a knife it can really cut deep into you
00:06:22and
00:06:22that's in spirit and you know because people have that old saying sticks and stones may break my bones
00:06:29but names will never hurt me let me tell you that is not true that is not true things that
00:06:36people say can
00:06:37really damage you especially if it comes from a loved one you know someone that claims they love
00:06:43you and they say some hurtful thing to you that could really crush your spirit okay let's move on
00:06:49oh let's read 19 many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivered him out of them all
00:07:02so the most high will deliver you but he's gonna do it when he feels like you had enough he
00:07:09knows how
00:07:10strong we are he knows how much we can take you know he knows how much we can handle as
00:07:19a person
00:07:19because remember scriptures say he will not put no more on you than you can bear and I believe that
00:07:27so if you're going through something he knows you can handle it but he also knows when you're about to
00:07:34break
00:07:34so just before that happens he will help you okay let's go to now first peter's five and seven
00:07:51okay let me get to that first peter's five and seven and it says casting all your care upon him
00:08:09for he cares for you
00:08:11so that's what you got to do you got to say you know what i'm gonna leave it in the
00:08:17hands of the most high
00:08:19i'm gonna leave it in the hands of the lord i'm gonna leave it in the hands of god
00:08:24and you're gonna pray on it like this you're gonna pray on it to the heavenly father
00:08:32and believe me he hears you he may not answer you when you wanted to but just as you need
00:08:41it he's gonna answer you
00:08:43and he's gonna help you but remember you have to have faith you have to believe that he's going to
00:08:51help you
00:08:51okay um let's go into psalms 30 and 5
00:09:00let's go let's get to this psalms 30 and 5
00:09:06says for anger endureth but a moment his anger only endure for a moment because the most high gets so
00:09:16mad with us
00:09:17because some of us just do some of the dumbest stupidest things you know or we're just doing things that
00:09:24we know you know it's wrong but you do it anyway
00:09:29but he says for his anger endureth but a moment in his favor is life so the most high doesn't
00:09:38want to kill us
00:09:39and he wants us to have life because it says in his favor it's life he wants you to live
00:09:45okay he doesn't want you to die
00:09:47but some of us just do things that we know is wrong that may or can cause our death and
00:09:54you have to sit back and you have to think about that
00:09:58that like what i'm getting ready to do okay you know i got a gun and i'm going to go
00:10:05you know rob the store
00:10:07you know it's wrong but then you go do it anyway so when you do it you gotta suffer the
00:10:13consequences
00:10:14that's life don't do it if you start to get you know feeling so bad and feeling so sad and
00:10:22things are bothering you
00:10:24you have to go talk to someone talk to the most high first of all and then maybe you can
00:10:29get you
00:10:30some you know professional help from man um it could probably help but you have to talk to someone
00:10:40before you come up with these crazy ideals about you know what you want to do mainly most high wants
00:10:48you to live
00:10:49okay weeping may endure for a night and you may cry for a night you know you crying and crying
00:10:57lord knows
00:10:58i've cried a lot about many things i've cried but because of my belief and my faith in him
00:11:05you know he helped me and i got better but joy cometh in the morning but the most high is
00:11:14telling you that
00:11:14joy is going to come in the morning you're going to see you're going to cry at night and you're
00:11:19going
00:11:19to cry and cry but when that morning come that time come the most high is going to say okay
00:11:25that's
00:11:26enough let me let me help this person and he's going to help but he's going to do it at
00:11:32his own time he's
00:11:33not going to do it when you want it to happen right away that's not how the most high works
00:11:37remember the scriptures say that he doesn't think like us and you know he doesn't see things the
00:11:47way we see it we see things one way he's the creator so he sees it differently and he also
00:11:53says his ways
00:11:54is higher than your ways so he's definitely not thinking the way we think and he knows what he's doing
00:12:01but you have to put your faith and your trust and your belief in him and you have to pray
00:12:07to him and
00:12:08you have to read your bible okay let's go to um psalms 38 so stay in psalms psalms 38 and
00:12:28four four yes psalms 38 and four for my iniquities are going over my head your sins are so big
00:12:39that
00:12:40it just went over your head and you don't know what to do you don't know which way to turn
00:12:46you don't
00:12:47know how to get out of it so i'm telling you the way to get out of it is trust
00:12:54in the most high get
00:12:56your bible start reading it start studying it start precepting and putting scriptures together start
00:13:06doing that because that's what saved me and i tell you no lie years ago i was going through so
00:13:14much that i
00:13:15just wanted to die i just did not want to be here my family was very concerned for me you
00:13:24know and i
00:13:26got through it because i found this bible this bible is old it's really messy but i love i will
00:13:35never get
00:13:36rid of this bible this bible will completely just have to obliterate for me to get rid of it because
00:13:41i
00:13:42won't um this bible is my everything this is the word of god and i truly believe in him and
00:13:50his word
00:13:50and his son so um i was going through something and i got through it the most high got me
00:14:00through it i'm
00:14:01here today i'm a living testament that you can get through things in your life but you have to put
00:14:07your
00:14:08faith in your trust in the most high remember he's going to direct your paths he's going to help you
00:14:14he's going to save you and he wants you to live he doesn't want you to die you know he
00:14:18wants you to get
00:14:19murdered and stabbed and killed but you have to get into your bible and start reading it and show the
00:14:25most
00:14:26high that you're faithful to him and once he sees that he's going to help you because the scriptures say
00:14:32so okay as in heavy burden they are too heavy for me so your burdens are very heavy you will
00:14:42your burdens
00:14:42are so heavy you just don't know what to do you don't know who to turn to you don't know
00:14:48who to trust
00:14:49well i'm here to tell you you may not have a man or a person in this world that you
00:14:56can trust but you can
00:14:58always trust in the lord because then you have your trust in him but he will build you up he
00:15:04will help
00:15:05you and he will look after you he will take care of you but you yourself you have to believe
00:15:13that
00:15:13i believed in it i started picking up this bible and started reading and you know it's a long story
00:15:21i've been through you know different couple of churches if you watch my my uh other video my my
00:15:28journey through religion you will see what i went through but i still i love god i have faith in
00:15:35god
00:15:35and i try to be good to people and you know be a good person and and i just try
00:15:43to be fair towards
00:15:44everyone you know it's a matter of color you just you have to be fair towards all people and i
00:15:50try to be a
00:15:50good person i do my best but turn to the most high if your burden is so heavy and you
00:15:57don't know what
00:15:57to do you get on your knees and you spread your hands like this and you turn to the east
00:16:04and you
00:16:04start praying in the most high and you ask him for your forgiveness and you confess every sin you have
00:16:12every sin open up your mouth and talk so that he can hear you and you confess your sins to
00:16:21him and you
00:16:22will see when you wake up in that morning he shall help you okay let's go to revelations 21 and
00:16:313
00:16:38and it says and i heard a great noise voice out of the heaven behold the tabernacle of god is
00:16:51with men
00:16:53and he will dwell with him them he will dwell with them and they shall be his people and god
00:17:00himself
00:17:01should be with them and be their god so again he wants to be your god but you have to
00:17:08pray to him
00:17:08you read your bible you have to study to show yourself approved to the most high you don't need
00:17:15to study to show yourself approved to no man because no man can you know uh save you only through
00:17:24the
00:17:25spirit of christ and the heavenly father can save you that's what you have to realize so when you have
00:17:33your faith and your trust in the most high he will help you okay um and four and god shall
00:17:43wipe away all
00:17:45tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death neither sorrow nor crying neither shall there be any
00:17:52more
00:17:53pain for the former things are passed away so that is probably after judgment i'm guessing because he said
00:18:05the former things have passed away so if the former things have passed away that means then there was
00:18:11no more pain no more suffering no more any of that you know after that we be good you know
00:18:18but again
00:18:19i must tell you you have to have faith in the most high you have to believe him
00:18:25and you have to do what this bible tells you to do you have to be a good person because
00:18:31that's the
00:18:31only way the lord is going to listen to you and you have to pray to him you have to
00:18:35give him
00:18:35honor the lord love when you praise him you say praise to the heavenly father he loves to be praised
00:18:42so you praise him you know um let's now go to revelations seven stay in the same book and go
00:18:52to
00:18:52revelations chapter seven and we're going to start off with verse 16. they show hunger no more
00:19:02neither thirsts anymore neither show the light of light the sunlight let me read that again they
00:19:10shall hunger no more neither thirsts anymore neither show the sunlight on them nor any heat for the lamb
00:19:18which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them and shall lead them unto the living fountains of
00:19:24water
00:19:24and god shall wipe away all tears from their eyes so opening of the seventh seal
00:19:32so that just sounds like the former things have passed away because we've made it into the kingdom but
00:19:42you will not make it in the kingdom if you keep committing the same sins the same iniquities just you
00:19:51know doing
00:19:52things that you know isn't right you we all know what is right and wrong and we all know that
00:20:02you know in your heart in your mind that you need to be doing what is right you know but
00:20:09some of us choose
00:20:11to do evil things and some of us choose to do good things just i just hope that if it's
00:20:17you you know you
00:20:18choose to be good you know because in life everyone is going through something some of us is just feeling
00:20:27so down and so depressed and so sorryful and you know we just feel sad and i'm sorry if that's
00:20:36you and
00:20:36you're feeling sad i hope that you watching my video that this will help you you know to get past
00:20:44that
00:20:44just remember you have to do good okay let's move on to 2nd kings 20 and 5 let's see what
00:20:55that says
00:20:562nd kings 20 and 5 and it says turn again and tell hezekiah the captain of my people
00:21:07thus say of the lord the god of david thy father i have heard thy prayers so he does hear
00:21:14your prayers
00:21:16i have seen thy tears and he see your tears behold i will heal thee on the third day thou
00:21:25shall go
00:21:26unto the house of the lord so he's telling him that on that third day he's going to heal him
00:21:34however
00:21:36um right now um right now the lord does speak to us in different ways he can speak to you
00:21:44through you know
00:21:46people and you know in your dreams he can speak to you so we all have that inner tuition that
00:21:55you know
00:21:56that inside something's not right and you know so if you're that person that's feeling depressed and
00:22:05you're feeling sad you know you have to talk to someone but talk to someone you you really trust
00:22:12but first of all talk to the most high that's the first thing you should do you talk to the
00:22:19heavenly
00:22:20father he can see what's going on but he needs to hear your voice he needs to hear you talking
00:22:26to him
00:22:26talk to him again as i said you get on your knees and you pray and you spread your arms
00:22:32and you turn to
00:22:33the east and you pray to the heavenly father you understand you pray to him and he will hear your
00:22:40prayers and you have faith in him in the son and the father and you believe in the son and
00:22:46the father
00:22:47you believe in them and you believe in them and they will help you okay okay let's turn to proverbs
00:22:5510 and 1
00:23:00proverbs 10 and 1 and it says
00:23:12proverbs 10 and 1 the proverbs of solomon a wise son maketh a glad father so meaning
00:23:24if you do good and you're listening to your father and you're doing you know what you're supposed to
00:23:33be doing he's really proud of you and he's happy to call you his son you make him you know
00:23:40you make
00:23:41him feel so good to be your father right but then it says but a foolish son is the heaviness
00:23:50of his mother
00:23:52and i am a mother and yes your children could just be so foolish that your heart is heavy and
00:24:01you pray
00:24:01that you know they come around and see things the way you see it to do good and to be
00:24:08good okay
00:24:12uh let's move on from that one let's move on to
00:24:21uh psalms three and three let's go back we're back in the psalms again let's go on the psalms three
00:24:29and three
00:24:31okay because depression is no joke some people never get help with their depression and they end
00:24:41up doing things like suicide and you know hurting others and things like that if you're feeling that
00:24:48way you know you're feeling that way please get help but your first stop should be the most high
00:24:57in this bible you start praying to him the most high is going to build you up he's going to
00:25:04make
00:25:04you feel better you become you're going to come become a brand new person okay because the most high
00:25:11is going to build you up because he wants you to live he doesn't want you to commit suicide and
00:25:17kill
00:25:17yourself and hurt others he doesn't want you to do that he's a just god remember that he wants to
00:25:23help you
00:25:25um so psalms three and three says but thou oh lord are a shield for me my glory and the
00:25:33lifter
00:25:34up of my head so again if you start studying and reading these fishes believe me his word is going
00:25:42to lift up your head your head is going to get lifted the most high cares for you he's going
00:25:49to look
00:25:49out for you and that's what he wants to do and that's what he loves to do remember he's a
00:25:55merciful
00:25:56god he's a he he's a god of compassion okay he is and you have to trust in him okay
00:26:04now we still
00:26:07insisting songs let's go to psalms uh 40 and 1
00:26:15and psalms i waited patiently for the lord and he climbed unto me and heard my cry so that's another
00:26:26key you have to be patient you just can't have a problem i have a trial and then you get
00:26:34on your
00:26:34knees and you pray to the most high and you think it's going to happen tomorrow that he's going to
00:26:39help
00:26:39you no it doesn't work like that you have to really have truth and faith in him you know he's
00:26:45going to
00:26:45help you but when he's ready to do it on his time because his time is not on our time
00:26:52on different
00:26:53times he is the creator so when he's willing to help you he's going to help you but you do
00:26:59have to
00:26:59exercise patience okay uh let's read first peters five and seven oh no we did that one let's read
00:27:13uh matthew let's go to matthew chapter 11 and 28
00:27:25matthew 11
00:27:29let's read that
00:27:33and 28 and it says come on to me all ye that labor and are heavy laden see so and
00:27:45this is christ
00:27:45talking because this is right he's telling you here if your heart is heavy if something is really
00:27:52bothering you you have to come to christ come to him because you can't get to the father but through
00:27:59christ so you must come to him it says come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden
00:28:08and i will
00:28:09give you rest so he's telling you if you do that he's going to give you some rest he's going
00:28:16to help you
00:28:17but you have to exercise patience you have to believe you have to have faith you have to trust
00:28:25you know what it is to trust you must trust that the heavenly father is going to help you okay
00:28:33you have
00:28:34to if you want it if you want it you come to him he's going to help you okay let's
00:28:43go to
00:28:441st peters 5 and 6
00:28:531st peters 5 chapter 5 and verse 6 it says humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of god
00:29:04that he may exalt you in due time see so that's another thing another thing you have to exercise
00:29:13patience and you have to humble yourself what does it mean to be humble to live at the proper time
00:29:24he's
00:29:25going to exalt you at the proper time but let's look that word up humble because a lot of people
00:29:32are not humble and you know men and women they don't know how to humble themselves because they're
00:29:41arrogant and cocky and mean and they just feel like i know everything so they don't know how to be
00:29:52humble but in teaching the lord's word in being um a prophetess or prophet you have to learn to be
00:30:02humble you know because right here god is telling you humble yourselves therefore under under the
00:30:13mighty hand of god that he may exalt you in due time okay so the word humble it means having
00:30:24or showing
00:30:25a modest or low estate of one's own importance okay meek submissive respectful which some people are not
00:30:39respectful they love to put others down and you know uh laureate others and just talk bad about others and
00:30:50that's not cool that's not a godly man or a godly woman like you shouldn't be doing things about it
00:30:56saying things like that i mean if you're talking about someone sometimes some things is true but you
00:31:02know if you're a godly man a godly woman and there's some things that's going on with a person you
00:31:08have
00:31:08you should pray for them you know pray that they get the help that they need because maybe you can't
00:31:14help
00:31:14them but it's nothing that the most high can't do it's nothing that christ can't do they are the ones
00:31:20to do
00:31:20it okay self-infacing you know i'm pursuing you know these things okay that's what humble means okay
00:31:34having or showing a modest or low estate of one's own importance there's a lot of people that love to
00:31:43exalt their importance because you know they say they give themselves these titles you know well i'm
00:31:50the leader of the church i'm the bishop i'm the pastor i'm the this and i'm the that they're not
00:31:57humble
00:31:58you have to humble yourself down you have to bring yourself down and experience what the people
00:32:07experience just like christ did remember christ was very humble he did humble himself and he knew what
00:32:17it was to be like in our shoes so this is what we have to do so instead of talking
00:32:24about someone
00:32:26then you should pray for them because i pray for my family you know i i pray for them and
00:32:34hopefully you
00:32:35know the most high will help them too it's like he helps me he helps me because i believe i
00:32:41believe
00:32:41on him and i believe in his word okay uh let's go to john 16 and 33 and i do
00:32:52believe this is a good one
00:32:54um john 16 and 33 i do believe this is a good one um as i marked it
00:33:08so john 16 and 33 says these things i have spoken unto you that in me ye might have peace
00:33:23so christ the most high he wants you to be at peace he wants you to have peace
00:33:30in the world ye shall have tribulation so right here christ is telling you you're gonna have
00:33:36tribulations you're gonna go through some stuff you're gonna get tried and you're gonna go through
00:33:41that fire but will you make it will you last will you endure that fire because we all have to
00:33:49go through
00:33:50it and it doesn't matter what nationality or what color or whatever tribe you say you from it none of
00:33:58that matters what matters is that you're gonna be tried everyone is gonna be tried you're gonna be
00:34:05tried but be of good cheer as you're being tried christ said be of good cheer he didn't say be
00:34:16sad and be
00:34:17down because remember you have to throw the care off you and throw it on to the most high
00:34:25and that's when he's gonna come in and he's gonna help you you know he knows what we're going through
00:34:32but he wants to hear you praise him he wants to hear you open your mouth and pray to him
00:34:38he wants to
00:34:39hear you and see you do that okay i have overcome the world christ said he have overcome the world
00:34:48and guess what you can overcome it too with faith patience humbleness you know praying prayer fasting
00:34:59either you know not even just set a day do a day i've did it and i tell you it
00:35:08was one of the hardest
00:35:08things i ever did in my life but after i did it i felt so good you know try it
00:35:16for like 12 hours you
00:35:18know just you know get into it do it slowly do it by steps you know maybe one day you
00:35:26might try doing it
00:35:27six hours fasting because fasting is good the more we fast the more you get closer to god
00:35:35so it is good to fast i'm due for a fast but fasting is good okay and you will overcome
00:35:43the world as christ
00:35:44said okay i love that one let's go to second corinthians i have a star next to that one too
00:35:54uh second
00:35:57corinthians chapter one
00:36:01verse three and it says and i have it in my bible too bless me god even the father of
00:36:11our lord jesus christ
00:36:13the father of mercies and the god of all comfort so you hear that you have faith in him you
00:36:22pray to him
00:36:23you believe he's gonna help you you believe he's gonna help you you are humble you have patience he's
00:36:30going to help you bless god the scriptures say blessed be god the scriptures say even the father of our
00:36:40lord jesus christ the father of mercies and the god of all comfort he will comfort you you shall see
00:36:51but trust in him make sure you have your trust in your faith because that's very important okay
00:36:58who comforted us in all our tribulations that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble
00:37:09by the comfort wherefore with we ourselves are comforted of god so i believe that scripture is saying
00:37:19the most high comforts you he shows you how he comforts you so that when someone else is in trouble
00:37:27in need you go and you comfort them and you show the comfort in them and maybe you share some
00:37:34of the
00:37:34encouraging words of the most high christ you share that with them you tell them that you know you're not
00:37:40alone you have to pray to god don't just sit around moping and being sad and crying pray to the
00:37:47lord
00:37:48pray to the most high pray to christ you know pray in his name to the heavenly father and he
00:37:55shall help
00:37:56you okay and you can show others how to do that too and like that's what i'm doing right now
00:38:03with you
00:38:03i'm trying to share these scriptures with you so that when you see this video you can get some comfort
00:38:10and some help from this bible because i know i do and i have gotten it this bible is very
00:38:19comforting
00:38:20that's why i will never get rid of it and i mean i have other bibles in my house but
00:38:25this is the one

00:40:58as a man he had to go through the fiery trial just like we went through the fiery trial so

00:41:06is with the other hand you understand he went through the fire we have to go through the fire but

00:41:14because you're going through the fire doesn't mean you stop believing you curse god you say you know you
00:41:22you you're not reading your bible no more you don't believe you don't do that because that's the test
00:41:28don't fail it that's your test that's how the heavenly father is going to test you he's going to see
00:41:36when you are going through that fiery trial are you going to reject him or are you going to stay

00:41:51believe in god because he let my husband die or my son died no you still always keep your faith
00:41:59in your belief and your trust in him and when you start to feel that way if you ever start

00:42:06that way inside you go read the book of joe you read the book of joe and you see what

00:42:14joe ever gave up on the most high when his trial came okay because he did so you read the

00:42:23you never give up on the most high he's putting he's testing you to see what you will do okay
00:42:33and that when his glory shall be revealed he may be glad also with exceeding joy so in the end
00:42:44you're gonna have all the joy so that's why again must reiterate you feeling bad you feeling sad you
00:42:52feeling depressed talk with the ones that love you sometimes you know i get a little depressed over
00:43:00little things but it's just really like little small things you know not nothing big anymore
00:43:06no big things i i got through that fire but you know sometimes it's like oh i don't want to
00:43:11do this
00:43:12i don't want to do that i'm tired of doing this i'm tired of doing that and i be saying

00:43:18but i know all in all the most high is giving me strength to move on to do the things

00:43:26know i need to do is fine and that is the trust and the faith that i have in him
00:43:31that he keeps pushing
00:43:32me to do it and you know he's saying trish you can do it yep keep going you can do

00:43:39in you you can do it and he's pushing me and he's shoving me he's pushing me and he's shoving

00:43:44and he's telling me that i can do it and he's building me up and that's how you build yourself
00:43:50yourself up he's building me up with these scriptures that's how you build yourself up so
00:43:55you've got to stay in these scriptures so these scriptures is very important to read okay let's move
00:44:02on let's go to the book of isaiah uh let's read isaiah 41 and 10 the book of isaiah
00:44:15the book of isaiah 41 and 10
00:44:20and it says behold the lord god will come with strong hand and his arm shall rule for him behold
00:44:32his
00:44:33reward is with him and his work before him okay so he's going to come with a strong hand and
00:44:42a strong
00:44:43arm and he's going to help you and when he comes with his help that's your reward that's what it
00:44:52says
00:44:53he's saying behold the lord god will come with strong hand and his arm shall rule for him behold his

00:45:06his reward is with him and his work before him is you he's going to help you he's telling you

00:45:15to help you and it says the comfort for my people so the most high is always going to comfort

00:45:24as we keep faith as long as we believe in him and as long as we keep on you know

00:45:33doing good deeds you know you may be going through something but you're helping someone else that's
00:45:40beautiful that's what people are supposed to do we're supposed to help one another but we have to be
00:45:46on the same page we have to believe in the heavenly father that he's going to help us and i
00:45:53always believe
00:45:54that and that's why i'm here today able to make you this video to help and share with you to

00:46:09this okay let's read psalms 32 and 10 let's see what that says psalms 32 and 10 and it must

00:46:36says many sorrows shall be many sorrows shall be to the wicked so if you're doing evil things and being
00:46:47evil you may want to think twice about that because if you're evil he's saying you're going to have many
00:46:53sorrows but he that trusted in the lord mercy shall compass him about the lord says he's going to show
00:47:04you compassion if you believe in on him if you're trusting on him if you have faith in him no
00:47:11matter what
00:47:11it is that you've done only the most high can deliver you and only the most high can condemn you
00:47:21okay so if you're doing something and you know it's really bad i mean something really bad i mean not
00:47:31you know stealing a video game or something like that that's bad but that's not like a big great evil
00:47:37like you know you out there raping people and murdering people and you're really doing
00:47:43really robbing people you really doing some really awful things though god said you're gonna have many
00:47:52sorrows to be out here doing wicked things so if you are doing wicked things and you see my video
00:47:59you need to think about it twice just go get your bible start reading it that's gonna help you that's
00:48:07gonna build you up that's gonna pull them evil spirits and those evil demons off you listen this
00:48:14is the only way that's it you know the words of christ will compel you the words of the most
00:48:24high will
00:48:25compel you it will compel those demons and those evil spirits to get off you to get out of your
00:48:33house
00:48:33you have to take steps for that okay it will compel to get that sorrow off you or you know
00:48:42get your mind right to get yourself together this bible will do that but you have to trust that that
00:48:50can happen for you you have to trust in the lord he said many sorrows shall be to the wicked
00:48:57but he that
00:48:59trusted in the lord mercy shall compass him about okay you have to believe on that
00:49:12and let's go to the uh another scripture uh let's go back again to proverbs
00:49:19uh back to proverbs chapter 12 12 proverbs 12
00:49:31uh proverbs chapter 12 verse 25 and it says heaviness in the heart of a man make it it
00:49:43stoop means it brings you to a low estate heaviness make you do things and say things that you really
00:49:55don't mean i mean you really don't mean them but you know it comes out that way um
00:50:04um but a good word make it it glad a good word god's words make it glad so that's why
00:50:16i encourage all of you
00:50:17folks that's out there that's feeling sad that's feeling depressed please go get your king james version
00:50:26bible or you can get uh the 1611 king james bible which will have the uh king james version and
00:50:35it has
00:50:36the apocrypha in it you can buy that version get your bible and start reading it um i believe some
00:50:46of the
00:50:46newer editions of the bible doesn't have all of the text in it because there's a lot of things that
00:50:55were taken out of some of these new revised bibles um so this is why i tell you i mean
00:51:05that is the
00:51:05version that i read the king james version however you have to get the bible and you have to start
00:51:12reading
00:51:12it and praying and fasting and doing these things and the most high will help you okay that is very
00:51:23important heaviness in the heart of man make it stoop but a good word making it glad god's word will
00:51:34make
00:51:34it glad because sometimes when we get depressed let's say you know someone you really love dearly died like
00:51:43your son or your daughter your father or your mother like those are the closest closest people to you
00:51:50your grandfather or your grandmother your brother or your sister and you just don't know how to deal
00:51:58with life you are supposed to mourn you mourn you take your time to mourn but don't let your heart
00:52:11become so heavy that you start to get sick and you
00:52:20um you get depressed and you become sick because when you come to that state
00:52:34your mind could play tricks on you and your mind could tell you to do things that normally you
00:52:42wouldn't do you just you start thinking crazy things and you know maybe acting crazy and you know
00:52:51saying things doing things that normally you wouldn't do because of someone's death so the thing is you
00:52:58don't want to get that depressed when you get into that state because if you do get into that state
00:53:05it's easy to just keep going down down down low low low until you get to the lowest state
00:53:13and then the next thing you know you know you're trying to kill yourself you know those spirits and
00:53:18them demons then got you and they like yeah yeah yeah do it do it do it do it do
00:53:22it you have to fight that with
00:53:24the word of god remember it says that it says that um it says that but a good word make
00:53:37it a glad okay
00:53:39you have to fight with all your heart your mind your soul your power with god's good word with the
00:53:48lord's
00:53:48good word you have to fight it however you need to fight it it always always you find someone that
00:53:57you really know that you can trust not just anybody you know not your little girlfriends that you hang out
00:54:03you know you really have to or your boyfriends whatever you have you really have to find someone that you
00:54:10know in your heart that you truly can trust that you can tell something to and share it with them
00:54:18whereas you know you trust that person so much that you know they're not going to share with anybody
00:54:24else you know because a lot of us have boyfriends and girlfriends and you feel like you can share
00:54:30stuff with them and then they go tell their friends and they friend go tell their friends and that's not
00:54:35a friend okay that's not a friend at all because if i tell you something like finding you and i
00:54:42tell it
00:54:42to you you shouldn't be spreading it and telling someone else now you're sowing discord you know
00:54:49you're doing slander you're putting my business out there in the street like that's so wrong so that's
00:54:54why you really have to share it with someone you know you truly can trust but the one two people
00:55:01i know
00:55:01you truly truly can trust it with is christ in the most high so that's why i encourage you to
00:55:07do that
00:55:07first you open up your bible you start reading you build yourself up bring yourself out of that lowest
00:55:14state slowly but surely it builds you up it builds you up it builds you up it builds you up
00:55:20and then the
00:55:21next thing you know you're okay because christ in the most high wanted you to be okay you have to
00:55:29be in
00:55:30this word and the lord will build you up okay and we're going to go back to psalms again psalms

00:55:46and we're going to read psalms chapter 118 verses 1 through 18 so let's go over this it says oh

00:55:58thanks unto the lord for he is good because his mercy endureth forever his mercy will always endure

00:56:25let them now that fear the lord say that his mercy endureth forever if you fear the lord you say

00:56:54all your things you're going through all your trials all your concerns all your your uh tribulations you confess
00:57:03all of this to the heavenly father and he answers you back okay and he sets you in a large

00:57:13the lord is on my side i will not fear you have to believe that god is on my side
00:57:21and i fear not what can
00:57:24a man do unto me what can a man do unto you the lord taketh my part with them that
00:57:33help me he helped the
00:57:35people that help me therefore shall i see my desire upon them that hate me okay it is better to
00:57:45trust in the
00:57:46lord than to put confidence in a man now a lot of you put your trust in me that is
00:58:00what i talk about
00:58:02it may be one or two of my videos if you're doing that please stop doing that your trust should
00:58:12always be in the most high in christ with the holy spirit that's it that is where your trust is
00:58:20when you
00:58:21have your trust in the heavenly father the most high in christ you will never ever go wrong never
00:58:30go wrong you must do that a lot of us we trust our preachers we trust our pastors we trust
00:58:38our um
00:58:42uh we trust our bishops okay stop doing that they're just man they're just men you know in women you
00:58:53know you trust in your deaconess they give themselves titles you tell them something and
00:58:58you trust in them no you better make sure that whatever they're telling you that you matching it
00:59:03with this bible you better compare what they're telling you to this bible because a lot of times
00:59:10they're telling you wrong and they're teaching you wrong and you don't know it because you didn't put your
00:59:17confidence in your trust in them i want to read that again it's better to trust in the lord than
00:59:26to put
00:59:27confidence in man and a lot of us do that that go to churches that's what you do you put
00:59:35all your
00:59:35trust in them you speak about the lord you talk about the lord but your trust is not in the
00:59:40most high
00:59:41in christ your trust is in man and that's where you fail okay you better be reading this bible
00:59:49yourself don't be going to church every sunday or saturday or wherever you go to church the sabbath
00:59:55whatever y'all call it and you go on the church and you listening to the man give you a

01:00:01and or or they're teaching you something something and you just listening to what they're teaching you
01:00:07because you feel like they're teaching you right you better go match them scriptures to what they're
01:00:11talking about you know because the most high gonna hold you responsible for your soul he's definitely
01:00:17gonna hold them responsible because it talks about that in jeremiah of the 23rd chapter but he's gonna
01:00:24also hold you responsible because you should have been reading this bible for your own self
01:00:29and taking heed and matching the scriptures and comparing them okay always trusting the most high and
01:00:37christ you trust in the word of god don't ever trust in what man is telling you because they're liars
01:00:43remember the most high said every man is a liar but let god be true okay all nations come past

01:02:31business because they didn't told it to somebody else this is why you must always trust in the most
01:02:37high god the lord yahawah yahawashi whatever names you call god you must trust in him and only him
01:02:47you trust in him because he is a just god okay and
01:02:55the voice of rejoicing in salvation is the tabernacle of the righteous the right hand of the lord do it
01:03:04violently the right hand of the lord is exalted the right hand of the lord do it violently soundly
01:03:14okay i shall not die but live and declare the works of the lord i want that to be you
01:03:34so again you feeling down you feeling sad you feeling depressed pick up your bible that is your sword that
01:03:44is your strength that is your get it together okay do it do it for yourself don't do it for
01:03:56anybody else
01:03:57do it for you get yourself right with the most high and the lord and believe me he will help

01:04:06he helped me the lord have chastened me sword the lord threw all kinds of stuff at you he put
01:04:15you through
01:04:15all kinds of trials and tribulations and you went through that fiery fire okay but he have not given me
01:04:25over unto death okay he didn't give you over to death because remember he said he want you to live
01:04:38i want you to live the most high christ want you to live okay he doesn't want you to die
01:04:48but however some of us will die earlier than others because some of us is just caught up in a
01:04:58lot of
01:04:59evil and a lot of wickedness and a lot of us hide behind god's words you know one person on
01:05:09the sabbath
01:05:10day or saturday or sunday whenever you go to church and then when you're not there behind your church members
01:05:16back you somebody else and you're doing something else and you know you're doing things you're supposed
01:05:23to be doing but then when you get to church on sunday it's like oh hallelujah thank you lord thank

01:05:30jesus you hear people oh i'm mad with you jesus and the blood of the lamb and you hear all
01:05:35these things
01:05:36and it's just foolishness you better get yourself right with the most high and you better start
