00:04Hi, Bali Interiors. My name is Lauren. You might know me as Gypsy Lust. We're going to take a peek
00:09in my paradise, so come on in.
00:15So this has been our personal home for two years. We built it two years ago and then in the
00:21last couple of months we did a big renovation and it's now available to rent.
00:25We used Chelsea From Somewhere Concept to do our interior renovation and I love the way it looks now.
00:33So this artwork here has been here the whole time and when Chelsea came in to do the restyle we
00:39did all the theming around this color palette.
00:45So this area here is the heart of our home. It's our sunken seating and we wanted to make this
00:51area really big and spacious and the focus of the house.
00:54So we spend most of our time sat here.
01:01So the kitchen was a big feature in our house. We had it so that when you walk through the
01:06front door it's the first thing that you see.
01:08And we made it so it had the really big open windows right behind to let in heaps of natural
01:13light.
01:14We made the kitchen really big and spacious because I personally love to cook.
01:22And now let me show you my master bedroom.
01:27So for the master bedroom I want it to be big and spacious like all of the rooms in the
01:32house but this one had a special feature of being with the pool wrapping around the outside.
01:37So you can open the doors and go straight for a dip and then that secret door through there leads
01:43through to the bathroom.
01:46So for the bathroom I wanted to incorporate both indoor and outdoor.
01:54So now I'm going to take you to the garden area. This area had a complete revamp with transformed the
02:00entire garden.
02:01So Chelsea came in and looking at the architecture said that it reminded her of Palm Springs.
02:06So we came in and changed all the gardens and we used a lady named Diane.
02:15So this area here is our barbecue bar area and it is all brand new. We didn't have this when
02:20I lived here.
02:21Basically the garden was so big that we were like let's add another feature to the backyard.
02:28So we have this beautiful pool area with a really long pool and we wanted the entire area to blend
02:35in with our Palm Springs vibe.
02:36And that's why all the furniture changed to match with the style we were going for.
02:41We also have a cabana and an outdoor shower as well if you want to relax away from the sun.
02:49So now I'm going to take you upstairs. This is where we have most of our bedrooms.
02:54We have three ensuite bedrooms upstairs and one is our junior master.
02:59So it has a king size bed and then we also have another king size bed in the other room
03:04across.
03:05And then the third bedroom upstairs has two king singles.
03:08So it's great if you have a family and some young kids.
03:11But we also made it so that you can put them together and it can turn into a king bed
03:15as well.
03:23So this bathroom is again quite spacious and you will notice each of the bathrooms had a little bit of
03:29their own color thing.
03:30So in this one we chose blue and we also changed the sinks in a lot of the bathrooms to
03:35go with a different color.
03:42So firstly this area is our lounging area and I'm going to go into a little bit of detail.
03:46So we do have a fire pit here which is more for aesthetics than anything.
03:51And we had a really big lounging area put in so that you could have many guests over to enjoy
03:57the sunset.
04:04So this is our spa area where we have our ice bath and the sauna.
