01:18It should be, in reality we still have a huge problem in Italy regarding the recruitment and contracts of physiotherapists
01:29within sports federations, we must say this, they are still identified as auxiliary operators.
01:34Therefore the role and the competence must be valorised with an ad hoc role that expresses the value that that physiotherapist has.

01:47I obviously make this point when we talk about the competitive and professional sphere, but we also think about the protection of our young people.
