00:11Nearly four in five voters backed capping credit card interest rates at 10 percent,
00:15while nearly three-quarters supported limits on child care costs and a government website
00:19for discounted prescription drugs.
00:21The survey also found support across party lines for stronger border security and a pathway
00:25to citizenship for many people in the country illegally.
00:28Of 16 policies involving affordability, health care, or taxation, 14 received majority support.
00:35The Journal surveyed 1,500 voters from September 16th to 21st, with a margin of error of plus
00:40or minus 2.5 percentage points.
