00:00At first, everyone thought the goalkeeper had completely lost his mind.
00:03Right before a penalty, he does not stay on his line.
00:05Instead, he jumps up, grabs the crossbar, starts hitting the goal,
00:08and keeps pointing at the net like something is seriously wrong.
00:11The striker is waiting, the referee is confused,
00:14and the opponents think this is just a dirty trick to waste time.
00:17But then the camera shows the problem.
00:19The goal is actually damaged.
00:20The net is not sitting right.
00:22The frame looks loose, and suddenly a penalty turns into a repair break.
00:25Players stand around, nobody knows who is responsible,
00:28and the whole stadium watches a professional match become a construction site.
00:31Then Manuel Neuer walks over.
00:33He checks the net, pulls it back into place, tries to fix the problem himself,
00:37and somehow becomes the most famous repairman in football.
00:40After all that chaos, the penalty finally continues, but it changes nothing.
00:44He runs up, shoots, and the ball still goes in.
00:47And just when you think football cannot get more absurd,
00:50Kevin Trapp notices another problem with the goal.
00:53This time the frame seems too high, or not properly set in the ground.
00:56So he walks over, grabs the post, and pushes it down himself
00:59like he is fixing the stadium with his own hands.
01:02Broken net, broken focus, broken goal frame.
01:05Is this the strangest penalty delay ever?
