00:24course we know that you are a great music lover, a good singer as well.
00:28So we will talk everything about you today, so most welcome to INS.
00:33Thank you for inviting me INS, it's my pleasure to meet you all, and yeah it feels good to know
00:42people in INS too.
00:46So what are the current work you are doing in Korea at this moment?
00:54Alright now, immediately is like next, like in October 16th and 17th, I am going to perform opera theatre in
01:04Korea.
01:05I am performing theatre from 2006 till now, and in Korea it's almost 13 years as a professional.
01:13So now it's like opera theatre, live singing and performing with live orchestra.
01:18It's a great show about, it's called third war.
01:23So there are three worlds like the foreigner worlds, the magician's world, and the human world.
01:30How they feel about this pain of war and all.
01:35So it's a very good play.
01:37I wish everybody can come and watch my play in Korea on 16th and 17th in Dehangno, Arko, Daegukchang.
01:51I wish I would like to invite all Indians, please come and watch me on stage.
01:56And this is the immediate thing I am doing, and then maybe I have done a Korean film which might
02:02release this year end or maybe next year beginning.
02:05So I am also eagerly waiting to see how I have performed in that film.
02:09I cannot disclose the name of that film right now, but yeah, I am waiting for it.
02:13So once I get the news, I will let you know.
02:16As we know that you are a global star at this moment, but what about Indian regional movies?
02:22What do you think that you want to work with the Indian regional movies?
02:27We know that you are already working with Bollywood, but what your opinion about the regional movies?
02:32Like I do love every kind of cinema, okay.
02:36In every language where they tell about their own culture, about their own identity.
02:43I would love to be a part of those movies and stories, okay.
02:48As an actor, I have told somewhere also, I just want to follow stories.
02:53I don't want to follow regions and all, you know.
02:55So I can be a regional too, I can be an international too.
02:59So for that way I want to work in like all Indian regional cinema actually.
03:05I wish like somebody can reach out to me and want to work with me so I can work with
03:10them too.
03:11So I can, like we can pull it off some great stories, you know.
03:16What is global right now, it is I think most local.
03:19That's why it's global I think.
03:21So in that way anything from Delhi to, you know, North East, from, you know, South to North, wherever in
03:31India, you know.
03:32So I would love to be a part of regional cinema also.
03:36I wish, this is my wish and desire.
03:39I hope everybody is listening.
03:42So as everybody know that you being a part of the global K-pop haunt which recently has been concluded
03:50in India and the first lady of Korea was there.
03:54Yeah.
03:55And you were hosting that show.
03:57How was that experience and also want to know that do you want such kind of more collaboration like being
04:06a global ambassador between Korea and India.
04:09Would you like to make more such kind of collaboration in future with India and Korea?
04:14Yeah, first thing first, I really enjoyed that, what do you say, hosting that show.
04:20It was wonderful.
04:21In front of me, the first lady of Korea was there, JYP was there, Lip Che and then, you know,
04:27the CEO of Hype India was there.
04:29So all the greats were there and then I was hosting the show and it was so good.
04:33It was really, what do you say, in a very exciting moment for me because I am going with the
04:41Korean team in India performing there, hosting the show.
04:44I think I am good in hosting too.
04:47So it was very good and very, what do you say, a new experience for me also.
04:52And I felt that thing, I felt like suppose the same thing like Indian championship happens in Korea, how it
05:01would be and then I can host that show in Korean too.
05:04So that would be great because for like Korean artists or young students can perform Indian songs, Indian dance and
05:13then somebody like just, just like vice versa kind of thing, you know.
05:17What happened in, what Korea is doing in India with like Korean championship, with Korean culture, tourism ministry and also
05:27if they like, if you bring like Indian art, Indian, Indian nest to Korea, I think.
05:37So people in Korea or young students can learn and like get to know about India through that, it would
05:46be, I think it would be really, really great and great milestone in the story of two cultures of Korea
05:54and India.
05:55Really, it would be very beautiful I think and I wish I can host that thing in Korean.
06:01If I go to India from Korea, I can host it in English Hindi.
06:06If Indian thing is coming to Korea, I can host it in Korean.
06:10So that thing is there too.
06:12And I think it will be, it will put more, it will put, it will put more of like Indian
06:22culture in front of the Korean audience I think.
06:25So in that regard it is, I think, it would be very good if it happens in my opinion.
06:31So I wanted to know one thing from you Anupamji, a dream which haven't yet become in reality but you
06:41have a dream which you haven't told to anyone yet.
06:48So I am telling specifically to INS, the thing, my dream is like I was blessed to be a scholarship
06:59student twice on my bachelors and masters.
07:02My only desire is like someday if I am able to like, able to, to at least like, like do
07:13some kind of scholarship for students.
07:15That's my dream I think, if I can sponsor students to study abroad or in India or in Korea, something
07:22like that.
07:23Later on, I don't know yet but I want to, this is my dream I think.
07:26I have been a scholarship student so I want something out of, I want to give it back in a
07:32way like through scholarship or something.
07:35Through my hard-earned thing, I want to give it back.
07:38This is the dream.
07:39At least, if not much, maybe two students in my life so I can do that thing and then apart
07:47from that I have been associated with like charitable things also in life.
07:51And I'll be more happy if anything need my helping hand in helping others.
07:57I suppose if I am not able to give it with my money or something, am I able to give
08:03it with my words, with my actions, with my presence.
08:05I'll be very happy to be a support in that way.
08:09I do want like, specially kids.
08:12So yeah, in that way.
08:14I, I, I want to associate with these kind of things.
08:17Any, any recent project you have been associated with?
08:20Recent projects like, not recently, but I have been, I was in Mongolia for like, I was associated with some
08:32charitable thing where like, because of like my presence and all like, at least what the news I got like
08:40seven kids got treatment.
08:43It was regarding in the, I think rural areas where like getting medicines and all was hard.
08:51So, so this, this foundation, I am, I don't remember the name right now.
08:57It goes there and then they treat the kids and all.
08:59So, it was very, what you say, motivating thing for me, that through something it is happening.
09:08So, it feels great, you know, if you become a helping hand to others, some or the other way, in
09:17a knowing way or an unknowing way.
09:19But you know, you don't do these things, you know, while saying to others like, oh, this and that.
09:24But this is my, my dream is like, I wish I can at least sponsor two students in my life.

09:37I am doing very good in Korea.
09:41It's like, it's almost five years to Squid Game on 17th of September.
09:50And my five years after Squid Game have been wonderful, beautiful, amazing, exciting.
09:55There were lots of, you know, life is like not straight.
10:01So, there will be challenges and achievements at the same time.
10:06But I have done great shows as a performer.
10:10After Squid Game, you know, Oh My Ghost Line, King the Land.
10:14I have done a lead in a Korean film as an Indian actor.
10:18And there are like, yeah, two, three films.
10:21And next film is also a Korean film which I am doing.
10:24And then I have done a great show in India which is named IC814.
10:29And I think, I hope, yeah, people remember Ramchandar Yadav also.
10:34And it's quite an amazing five years for me as an actor.
10:40And now I have new challenges in life.
10:44So, I am putting best food forward for that.
10:48This is what I want to say.
10:50Like, you know, everyday you have to work hard with a happy smile on your face.
10:55And eat good, sleep well.
10:58These are the things.
10:59So, yeah, I have to continue the journey.
