00:06You can't start anything until you have the Genesis.
00:10And so I created my CCC.
00:12I did it in Broadway font.
00:13From there, the website went up on October 4th of 2007.
00:18And I landed my first account February 6th of 2008.
00:21One seat for one week.

00:27It was really somebody that was so raring to go.
00:30I was a stallion.
00:32I just never ran the track once.
00:34I could compete with Secretariat, I felt.
00:37But it was the thing where when people spoke with me, I was able to share such information in regards
00:44to quality assurance and onboarding and script writing.
00:47Because I've done it.
00:49That a lot of people, not these extremely large companies, but entrepreneurs, mid-sized companies,
00:54that kind of understood the long shot, the Philly kid that moved to Costa Rica, started his company.
00:59You relate to that.

01:26questions.
01:26And so just by shaving and polishing, the metrics go up because you're putting it into an environment that just
01:34knows what they're doing.
01:35I'm going to go up because you're putting it into an environment that just knows what they're doing.
