00:02...somewhat less than promising.
00:04We're told to expect intermittent spells of heavy rain,
00:08which might very well impact on the quality of the football later.
00:11It'll certainly add a new dimension,
00:13especially for those players who like to keep hold of the ball.
00:17A few anxious faces hoping it will all somehow stay away,
00:21but I have to tell you that, we are told,
00:24is an extremely unlikely scenario.
00:30Well, this really is a great venue.
00:33It adds so much character to every game it stages.
00:39Just joining us, we are already on the way.
00:49Hoist it forward.
00:56Moy, and it's played forward.
01:00And it's Koliarela.
01:01Big chance!
01:03Oh, my word! My word!
01:05That is fantastic!
01:08Subtuous finish, an absolute joy!
01:15Milan are really pouncing on any straight passes in midfield.
01:19We're talking seconds from interception to the back of the net.
01:22It's counter-attacking heaven.
01:46Milan have an early lead.
01:48Good start.
01:51Forward it goes.
01:54As Serbi drives it forward.
01:57Koliarela!
01:59That has certainly tested the keeper.
02:02Koliarela is very sporting here to acknowledge the quality of the save.
02:07A lovely little...
02:08Massive lead!
02:10A decent attempt, but not quite good enough.
02:16Tries to locate someone up front.
02:19Well, that's where he wants it.
02:20He's off chance!
02:23It was a matter of inches.
02:26That's just plain unlucky.
02:28There were many, me included, who thought that was going in.
02:32Great strength.
02:33Too strong for his opponent.
02:42Moin puts it back.
02:45Moin puts it back.
02:45He's through.
02:46And Arkhas...
02:48...hits in!
02:50All too easy!
02:52They are in danger of disappearing out of sight
03:00The invitation was received with such a clever run
03:04And he had that defence in utter confusion
03:36So that's two now without reply
03:38No doubt as to who has the momentum here now
03:41The only doubt is how many is coming
03:46Let's put a stop to that
03:49Has a puck
03:51A real chance and a real let-off
03:55It was more possible than probable
03:57And the outcome backed it up, Peter
04:02Finds himself eased off the ball
04:06Drinks it forward
04:09Going for goal
04:11Big relief, it just needed better contact
04:14Still a cracking effort
04:16Really looked like a man on a mission
04:18The way he went through on goal
04:26He's away
04:29Looses his balance and loses the ball
04:32He is not one readily to admit defeat
04:35Don't be surprised if he tries that again
04:40And the question, that's a foul
04:48Calicuri
04:50Into opposition territory
04:53That's one way of trying to make things happen
04:55There's a few who could follow that example
04:59Loy goes looking
05:11Tries to get it forward quickly
05:15He's got away
05:27No position to make that interception
05:33Well, I don't think it was the wisest option, Peter
05:36Once he got into that position
05:38It's not as if he didn't have people nearby
05:47Did really well to intervene and dispel the growing danger
05:54And the choice of shots
05:57Same again, same outcome
05:59They're just lacking a cutting edge, Peter
06:02And while that's fairly obvious
06:03The rest of their attacking play is actually quite good
06:12Gets it back
06:15Pulls out on the left
06:16Now
06:18Cali Herrera
06:22Goes for goal!
06:25Great build-up
06:26It all deserved a better ending
06:27Well, there are a few pockets of space
06:30That are being exploited
06:31And they need filling
06:32And fast
06:38Berardi has been caught
06:40There, it's a foul
06:52And here's Cogliarella
06:57Oh, he's caught him there
06:58It's a free kick
07:02Well, he can't say now
07:03That he hasn't been warned
07:04He just needs to find
07:06The control button
07:07On his aggression
07:07Before the ref does it for him, Peter
07:13More than happy
07:14To take the muscular approach
07:17Good run
07:18Ultimately thwarted
07:19By an astute piece of defending
07:21The crowd appreciates
07:22It's good football all round there
07:24Oh, Kass
07:27Yes
07:30And the lead is free
07:32It is surely done
07:39Oh, beautifully dispatched
07:41There was no reaching that
07:42Well, I think two keepers
07:44Would have had a hard time
07:45Keeping that one out
07:46Never mind one
07:47There was real venom in the strike
07:49And clear composure
07:50From the placement
08:15Milan take a three goal lead
08:46And they are romping out of sight
08:48Just bludgeoned the way
08:57And that's off target
09:19Ar Kas
09:22And it's Polyurel
09:25It's got through to him
09:27It's got through to him
09:29has a pop
09:30and it goes
09:33and there is it again
09:35in double quick time
09:41well you know thinking about that
09:43I think they've perfected that on the training ground
09:45because it took them seconds to get the ball
09:47from back to front
09:48they really commit forward in numbers too
09:50it was all very well drilled
10:14things looking so easy
10:15almost too easy here
10:17well unsurprisingly Peter
10:19the opposition looked completely stunned
10:21I'm not sure they can gather themselves
10:24no that's not the ball he wanted
10:30and it's played forward
10:34he's making good use of his strength there
10:36just refuses to be out muscled
10:40Moy very firm in standing his ground there
10:43it is a tough full contact contest
10:48he's left his man
10:50Arcas
10:53keeper's ball
10:59forward
10:59forward it goes
11:03Arcas
11:04battles to win it back
11:09Quagliarella
11:14oh what a ball
11:19walk in night at the last
11:36Tracer header
11:44this possibly the last play of the half
11:47this possibly the last play of the half
11:50knocks it away
11:59Quagliarella
12:01oh well defended
12:02that had to be done
12:03oh well defended that had to be done
12:11oh well defended that had to be done
12:16and that'll be the final action of the first half
12:19well that flew by
12:21it was breathless stuff
12:23it's been one way traffic here
12:25after the first 45 minutes
12:26a relentless barrage
12:28that looks set to continue
12:31yeah I think the first half performance
12:33that showed attack being the best form of defence
12:36if they're in the face of the opposition that much then there's little they can do in return
12:40and I'm
12:41I'm a real chance
12:47drives it towards the front
12:49and that's a foul free kick string given
13:15that had to be more accurate
13:23gets the better of his man
13:27tries they might
13:28they just couldn't get into an attacking area
13:31tries to get it forward quickly
13:38Arcas
13:40no no way through there
13:45play it in with accuracy
13:51either side really getting hold of the ball
13:55that's just very well played
13:57he can't hurt you with his back to goal
13:59and he didn't go for the back heel
14:06tries lifting it over
14:08nicely meted pass
14:11Arcas
14:13Arcas
14:13has a hit
14:16terrific save
14:17oh no that was a chance
14:20what a chance
14:28this defence
14:29just doesn't trust itself
14:31to play a higher line
14:32frightened the people getting in
14:33oh shooting chance
14:36he's put his foot right through that one
14:39well Peter he clearly felt he was being
14:41invited to shoot
14:42and it wasn't the worst decision he could have made
14:48and it's Colliarella
14:50he's pinged one through here
14:54has he found his man
14:58talk about singling someone out
15:00yeah and the fact that he's registered
15:02Peter simply encourages more attention
15:04it's Colliarella
15:06he's scored
15:09now contest no more
15:11it is nothing short of utter humiliation
15:15well I wasn't expecting them to go this big Peter
15:18but they have been superb
15:40Milan totally rampant here
15:46gets into a dangerous position
15:51and it's got through
15:56out of play for a goal kick
16:11he's got options out wide
16:13gets into some space
16:16in it
16:16gets up to head
16:18he has done it
16:22just another one to add to what has already been an incredible haul
16:32listen
16:32when you're on an invitation to improve your goal difference
16:35well he's off
16:38he's made it three
16:40quite today at the office for him
16:42that defense must be sick of the sight of him
16:44he's been persistent and ruthless all game
16:46he just hasn't stopped working
17:10well they're very much the better team
17:12at the moment Peter
17:13and no doubt we'll be looking to
17:15to cause even more damage here
17:20and it's played forward
17:22well that's where he wants it
17:26well intercepted
17:27really alert to the danger
17:30forward it goes
17:40Moy goes up and over
17:45well it seems obvious that the plan is to try and get their passing game going again
17:50but not with that lack of quality
17:52oh that's meat
17:55this could spell danger
17:57oh KAS
17:59it's there
18:02well surely that completes the demolition
18:05if it hadn't occurred already
18:10it's part of the game Peter
18:12it has to get ruthless
18:13sympathy
18:14just doesn't play a part
18:18four in the game
18:19he is the man
18:40well it's been an absolutely fabulous spell for them
18:43and they're starting to look unstoppable
18:45there could be more on the way
18:51as Serbi plays it forward quickly
18:53that intervention was very necessary
19:11Moy
19:12Moy drives it forward
19:15Quagliarella
19:16shapes the suit
19:19oh impressive strike
19:21Quagliarella
19:23reacted so well
19:24to bring that ball under control
19:26looked easy too
19:30good challenge
19:32he just stood firm
19:36Arcas
19:40Arcas
19:41with a really impressive run
19:43which nearly went the whole way
19:45oh look his determination
19:47needed to be greater than the obstacle
19:49he was faced with
19:50and it wasn't
19:53ran himself into trouble there
19:55free kick
19:55given away
20:05Ferrari gets his final warning
20:07well he knew what he was taking on there Peter
20:10and special delivery from the ref
20:12oh it's a beauty
20:15that is a gem
20:17an absolute gem
20:25oh that is a bit special
20:26oh that is a bit special
21:01Well, they have a goal, but it is surely too much to hope for a comeback.
21:06Can't get the better of its opposite number.
21:09And it's paid forward.
21:19Just brushed off the ball there.
21:27He gets past his man.
21:31Defensive behind for a corner kick.
21:40Nice to get it away.
21:50Nice to get it forward quickly.
21:53Going through.
21:56Defense got the better of him this time, but I'm sure he'll go again.
22:05And that's why.
22:07Yeah, on another occasion, all that went wrong may come right.
22:18Great strength.
22:19Too strong for his opponent.
22:21Hoists it forward.
22:24Moy tries to get it forward quickly.
22:32Good running with the ball.
22:34He's gone for it.
22:36He's kicked it out.
22:38That's a great save.
22:47Up to meet it.
22:48Number four.
22:50Back of the net.
22:53And again, they pile on the misery.
23:00Well, I think we've gone past humiliation now.
23:03This could be doing some real psychological damage.
23:09Good running with the new playing.
23:12Good running with the beaten and therese.
23:15Welcome to the new play.
23:15So we're going to see you here.
23:17Have a great day.
23:18Good running with it.
23:27I think, you know, I want to see you here.
23:29I want to see you here.
23:30All right.
23:32Good running with it.
23:34Good running with the team.
23:35Oh, there's a great day.
23:41and it's played forward
23:44outside it's a bit too casual in possession
23:47gets wrestled off the ball
23:50Moy drives it forward
23:56did well to step in there
23:58that was more than necessary
24:01Arcas
24:06it's a very good battle there
24:08terrific to watch
24:12and the finish
24:14oh there was plenty on that
24:27four extra minutes added on
24:31as Serbi gets it back
24:36oh pass
24:37oh he's broken through
24:39and the shots
24:41oh taken with
24:43and still they continue
24:47with the onslaught
24:53yeah by the looks of it
24:54there may be still more to come
24:58how many more does he want
25:27well they're very much the better team
25:29at the moment Peter
25:30and no doubt we'll be looking to
25:32to cause even more damage here
25:40that's good progress he's made on the ball
25:42where to next
25:44it's a loose ball
25:46he's true now
25:47now is he
25:47and Arcas
25:51pressure stays on
25:53it is a corner
25:56so will they make it count again
26:02Cogliarella hits it
26:05keeper always had the measure of that
26:19great leap
26:21and with that's the final whistle
26:24Milan
