Disguised as a man, Ellery took her father's place in the army and became a legendary general. After the war, she returned home, only to be betrayed by the family she fought for. Replaced by their adopted daughter, poisoned, crippled, framed as a traitor, and left to die, she is reborn with a second chance. With Northern Army commander Tristan at her side, Ellery exposes her family's lies, claims her rightful place, and takes the revenge she deserves.
