02:26Businessman Chia Hwa Kong, 49, from Puchong, said he also lost possession of his multi-purpose vehicle after renting it
02:34to the suspect for two weeks for RM3,000 early last month.
02:38Chia said the vehicle's GPS had been disabled, but he eventually traced it to Taiping, Perak on September 26 and
02:46had it towed back.
02:47He later learned that the vehicle had allegedly been used as collateral with a moneylender.
02:53All three have lodged police reports.
02:56Chong said dozens of police reports had been lodged against the suspect, who also has multiple previous criminal records.
