00:00We have a couple of cold nights on the way. In fact, even tonight, across the lakes and parts of
00:05the interior northeast, we have the potential for frost and a freeze. The farther north you go, the better chance
00:12for the frost and or freeze. Now, here's why it's getting cold. Take a look at the water vapor loop.
00:17Look at that area across southwest Ontario and into Michigan. That's a frontal boundary that's going to be coming on
00:22through. Behind that front, the wind comes in out of the west-northwest. We clear things out, dry things out.
00:28The wind diminishes.
00:29That's why we're in for a cold night. Now, for the northeast, the colder night is going to be tomorrow
00:36night in the Wednesday morning. Take a look at those temperatures in the blue there. We're looking at temperatures in
00:42the 30s and 40s and many of the outlying areas. Temperatures are going to get down near the freezing mark
00:49long enough for some frost. And the farther north you go, the potential for a freeze.
