Kramer finally gets the chance to live out his childhood dream — and the fire department may immediately regret it.

After sharing his Manhattan shortcuts with a local firehouse, Kramer ends up steering the rear of a hook and ladder truck racing to a fire at Leapin’ Larry’s. When he decides to take matters — and the route — into his own hands, the captain demands to know who’s operating the back of the truck.

Kramer’s answer says it all: “DeSoto’s down, but Cosmo’s got the caboose!”
