00:04The next major Hunger Test
00:04Hi, I'm Max from Good Fun Corporation
00:06and today we have a date for the next major Hunger test.
00:09On October 19th at 10am BST, Hunger will enter closed beta.
00:13We'll have a full announcement with more information soon,
00:16but we wanted to give everybody plenty of notice
00:18and explain why we've decided to run another closed beta
00:21before opening the game more broadly.
00:23Those of you who've been following the development for a while
00:25will know that we'd previously discussed moving directly towards an open beta.
00:29Since then, the response to Hunger has continued to grow
00:31and we've had far more players requesting access than we originally anticipated.
00:35Look, that's obviously a good problem to have,
00:37but it's also something that we need to approach properly.
00:40Rather than opening the gates to everybody at once,
00:42we're going to use this closed beta as a significant expanded version
00:45of our previous tech tests.
00:50If you've participated in one of our previous tech tests,
00:53you'll already have access to the closed beta.
00:55For everybody else, we'll be inviting significantly more players this time around.
00:58So if you want the opportunity to take part,
01:00make sure you've requested access on the Hunger Steam page.
01:03And if you have friends who have been waiting to play,
01:06well, now's a good time to get them signed up as well.
01:08So, save the date.
01:09October 19th, 10am BST, Hunger closed beta.
01:13Until next time, I'll see you after the end.
