00:24John Owen's post came days after his cousin Fiona died at a local hospital on September 29th,
00:30she was 13.
00:31Fiona was the middle daughter of actor Chad Lowe and his wife Kim Painter.
00:35The couple also shares daughters 17-year-old Mabel and 10-year-old Nixie.
00:39In a statement to Page Six, the family said they were deeply heartbroken by the loss of Fiona,
00:44describing her as loving, smart, creative, and someone who loved to dance.
00:48The family also said Fiona was the light of our lives and asked for prayers and privacy as they grieve.
00:54Meanwhile, Fiona's older sister Mabel broke her silence on her sister's death in an emotional Instagram post.
