00:00What's up, Knicks Nation? Dexter Henry here in the City of Brotherly Love, here at the Xfinity Center in Philadelphia
00:06for the Knicks' first preseason game against the Sixers.
00:09I got some things I'm going to be watching tonight.
00:11First of all, Mike Brown has told us that a lot of starters will not play that much this preseason,
00:16but who plays tonight?
00:17Saw some starters out here warming up. Jalen Brunson was warming up just behind me, Mikael Bridges.
00:22How many starters play tonight and how much do they play is something I'll be keeping my eye on.
00:26Another thing is young players from the Knicks looking to make their mark.
00:30Bakom Dottie, Mohamed Diawara, I'm looking at you. What have you improved in your game?
00:35Who can lock down that backup win position? So I'll be looking at Mohamed Diawara, see what's grown in his
00:40game in year two.
00:42Bakom Dottie, we know, we talked about it. He's got a lot to prove here in year three.
00:47We'll see what both of those guys got. I was thinking about Andre Drummond.
00:51I'm intrigued to see what he can do. First time rocking the Knicks uniform on the court.
00:55But got to look at the battle for that final couple of roster spots or final roster spot with the
01:01Knicks.
01:02What can James Wiseman show? What can Bruce Brown show?
01:04So Bruce Brown out here on the court earlier warming up as well.
01:08Definitely want to see what those guys can do is they're going to be trying to make an impression.
01:13Mike Brown has talked about how he's going to be looking at those guys who are battling for the spot.
01:17They're all on non-guaranteed deals. Can they secure that final roster spot?
01:21First preseason game, there's going to be a lot to watch, lots to look out for with the Knicks.
01:26It's almost go time. Basketball, almost back.
