00:15Pooja would often take out an old notebook from her bag and reach the office while reading it.
00:22She knew her ride was ordinary, but her dreams were not.
00:34Look brother, the most unique employee of our company has arrived, the whole world comes to office by car and madam comes in an auto.
00:40by car
00:42Pooja, think about buying a car sometime, you live in Jaipur now.
00:50I will definitely buy a car, but only when I need it, not just to show off to people.
01:06You are right, to become great you have to work, not talk.
01:12Pooja always had a calm face, but there was a pain inside her, which was not talked about in the office.
01:20No one knew
01:24She got married a few years ago
01:27Her husband, Aman, wanted city life.
01:32I don't like all this Pooja, why are you so straightforward?
01:35He did not like Pooja's village, her family and her simplicity.
01:39I can't live a life like this
01:42I want a city-based wife
01:49Pooja cried a lot that day.
01:51But the next day he looked at himself in the mirror and said
01:54I won't be weak anymore
01:56I must write my own destiny
02:00Now I am not identified with any relationship.
02:02It will be my work
02:04I will move forward in life
02:08And not to prove your worth to anyone.
02:11to prove himself
02:15One day the post of Junior Supervisor became vacant in the company.
02:19Pooja has applied.
02:22You? Supervisor?
02:27Why not?
02:29Do you think you deserve this position?
02:36Don't know
02:38But if you get a chance, you'll find out for yourself.
02:42interviewed
02:43Pooja did not make any big statements.
02:47He just talked about his work.
02:51The result came after a few days
02:52Pooja has been selected
02:56That was the first step
03:01After becoming a supervisor, Pooja started to understand her team carefully.
03:08Where is the time being wasted?
03:10Where is the luggage stopping?
03:11Where the employee is suffering
03:14He made small changes
03:23Team efficiency increased in three months
03:26The company's work started to accelerate.
03:31Old director Shekhar Sir saw his report
03:42Who made these changes?
03:50Don't think of this girl as just a job.
03:53It has the potential to move forward
03:59One day in an important report of the company
04:03It was going to be a big mistake
04:05Everyone was preparing to send that report forward.
04:10Pooja saw the figures and immediately stopped.
04:16one minute
04:19There is something wrong with this
04:23Pooja, why do you keep finding fault in everything?
04:31If this report goes ahead, the company could suffer huge losses.
04:38rechecked
04:40Pooja was right
04:50The company was saved from a major loss
04:58after a few months
04:59The company gave Pooja
05:00appointed Assistant Operations Manager
05:05Discussion started in the office.
05:07Those who used to make fun of his camel cart till yesterday
05:10They were now discussing his work.
05:29shortly after
05:30The company was going to conduct an annual skill test.
05:39This time almost all the employees of the company participated in it.
05:46Raghav was confident that he would be ahead of Pooja this time too.
05:53The day of the results came
06:03Pooja has scored the most points.
06:09He had the most eyes in the entire organization.
06:18Those who talked about leaving him behind
06:20Many of them failed this time.
06:23There was complete silence in the office for a few moments.
06:28You haven't defeated anyone today, Pooja.
06:31Today you have only left your yesterday behind
06:35After some time, Pooja was made Senior Operations Manager.
06:43But one thing hadn't changed in his life.
06:46She still came to office every day on the same camel cart.
06:51Pooja, now your salary is also good, why don't you buy a car?
06:59I will take it, but right now my camel cart takes me to the office on time.
07:07Meera's respect for Pooja had increased even more.
07:16But not everyone was happy with Pooja's success.
07:23Raghav was now afraid that Pooja might go ahead of him.
07:30One day, Raghav prepared a false report to trap Pooja.
07:40Shortly thereafter, Pooja was accused before the board of causing losses to the company.
07:45I want a thorough investigation. If it is my fault, I will take responsibility, but if it is not, then
07:52The truth must also come out
07:53The company, believing Pooja's words, began a thorough investigation.
08:04The investigation revealed that Pooja had not prepared the report.
08:11The truth of the Juti report has come to light.
08:14Raghav's trick was exposed in front of everyone.
08:18The company should act according to the rules.
08:22There is no need for personal revenge
08:26A few days later, in the main warehouse in Jaipur
08:30A major technical problem has occurred
08:34Thousands of orders were stuck
08:35and to the company to solve the problem
08:38There were only 24 hours
08:43Pooja immediately gathered her team.
08:50We only have one day
08:51So don't look at the problem as big.
08:54divide it into smaller parts
08:59The entire team worked day and night
09:07The system was fixed by the next morning.
09:10And all the orders started again.
09:13The results of his hard work were evident again.
09:16Pooja was made the Operations Director
09:22Meanwhile, a new business partner joined the company.
09:32As soon as he stepped into the board room, his eyes fell on Pooja.
09:38Pooja, you?
09:40Yes
09:43It's been a long time
09:47I never thought you would go this far.
09:52I never thought I would know myself so well after you left.
09:59Every person has to understand the cost of his own decisions.
10:06But Pooja's goal was not limited to just her success.
10:10He decided to start a new training program.
10:14This program gave youth from villages and small towns an opportunity to progress.
10:22The rules of this program were clear.
10:24Here, not clothes, English or cars, only ability will be considered.
10:30Just because someone doesn't have a car doesn't mean they don't have the ability.
10:40Now the discussion about the appointment of Managing Director Chunne in the company had started.
10:44The board had many experienced names in front of it.
10:49Then another big challenge came before the company.
10:52Three major customers were preparing to leave the company.
10:58Pooja decided to meet those customers herself.
11:07He reorganized the team's responsibilities
11:15Pooja reduced costs and also improved the quality of work.
11:25Within a short time, all three major customers rejoined the company.
11:30We didn't just look at a solution to a problem today.
11:33We have seen the vision
11:39An important meeting was called in the board room on Monday morning.
11:47From today, this company will have a new managing director.
11:54Prayer
11:59The entire board room erupted in applause
12:06At that moment, Pooja's mother's face appeared before her eyes.
12:15Mom, your daughter has really moved on.
12:23Then Shekhar Sir came to him with an old job file.
12:30An old note was kept inside the file
12:33In which it was written that Pooja should not just be given a job but an opportunity.
12:41Sir, what did you see in me that day?
12:49I saw the confidence in your eyes, not your clothes.
12:58Pooja was at a loss for words at that moment.
13:04After a few days, Pooja went to her village.
13:08The children of the village gathered around him.
13:16Didi, now you have become a very big officer, so you will not go by camel anymore.
13:27why not
13:30Pooja first touched her mother's feet.
13:34Mother hugged him to her chest
13:36Son, now you should buy a car, you have become such a big officer.
13:40I'll definitely buy a car, Mom, but I'll never forget this camel.
13:47Why? Because
13:50Because when the whole world was laughing at my path, this very camel cart took me to my dreams.
13:56was
13:56Tears came out of mother's eyes
14:00These tears were not of sorrow, but of pride in his daughter.
14:04After some time, Pooja also joined the batch of a simple village girl, who was quiet, but had a deep inner strength.
14:11There was a lot of ability
14:12You all are welcome
14:15A few months later, he took the company's skill test and scored the highest marks in the entire batch.
14:22I see myself inside you
14:26Now he had a big post, a big cabin, and a lot of responsibility.
14:43Pooja did not give any answer to the world in words.
