00:00It's a good healthy sample size right now but I don't think we really know our identity of
00:06what we want to be or where we're we know where we're going we know what we need
00:10to be able to do but there's still some identity questions that we still have to continue to answer
00:16I think a lot a lot of teams are still looking for what that is you know this early
00:22in the season after a quarter through the season and you know we've had different seasons where we felt
00:27really good about where we were at that particular time and we've had seasons where we haven't you
00:33know and and we're able to figure it out along the way and so I think it's constantly
00:39a process and just because you say your identity is one thing at this particular time that may stay the
00:46same all the way through but that could change too I think that identity is kind of a buzzword
00:51that we like to
00:52use and but again it's not consistent enough right now in any aspect and you know that's fluid
01:00and then when you do figure out things and and start to get on some roles that that becomes fluid
01:05as well
