00:00It also impacted me a lot; it's a very powerful story.
00:04which was contrasted in a decision where, according to some of these soldiers,
00:11and other officers, including one of these military judges
00:15He arrived at the scene of the body inspection and said,
00:20because supposedly the fight had gone on for 15 minutes,
00:24He said, "This person is not dead, kill her."
00:27According to the accounts we have been given, one person was killed.
00:31And then yes, the judge carried out the lifting of the order.
00:36So we have frankly heard many stories of cover-ups of crimes
00:44where in some cases we even went so far as to certify copies
00:48And that leads us to think that Colombia has made a lot of progress.
00:53and these extrajudicial executions began to be investigated
00:58seriously when the government promoted an agreement with the Attorney General's Office
01:07so that the Prosecutor's Office would be the one to carry out the removal of the bodies
01:11The investigations would begin.
