00:00this lindsey clancy case is going to be talked about for like decades generations i think
00:04because it's not just online discourse baby i was in the gym today trying to lift weights and
00:11throw weights around y'all know i'm trying to be fit thick and there was a group of men and
00:16women
00:16like i would say arguing spiritedly debating passionately speaking um and this shit so sharply
00:22divided by gender it's really reminiscent of when meg first got shot and it was like
00:29the boys was siding with tori and the girls were siding with meg i would argue that the energy's
00:34that time's a honey because children were killed children lost their lives senselessly right and i
00:40want to use my words correctly because children did senselessly use their lives there should have been
00:46adults in their in them baby's lives who could have protected them from their mama because people
00:51clearly knew that their mama was not well all right i'm talking to you what's his name patrick
00:56there needs to be some type of negligency okay a couple weeks ago i made a video that i privated
01:03because i was like i'm gonna talk about this shit closer to the end because it's a lot of
01:06misinformation i did not mean to like that video just now um matter of fact i need to take my
01:11like
01:11hold on give me a second i was not trying to like that video uh yeah we're gonna we're gonna
01:17take
01:17that like back but um why are we blaming the man for negligence when the woman did it
01:28you know and i had i had this argument in the barbershop once i don't remember how it even got
01:34started but i said if i tell you to go jump off a bridge not saying that i would okay
01:43not saying that i
01:44would but this is just an example but i said if i told you to go jump off a bridge
01:50and you actually
01:51went and did it whose fault is that and some of the people said it's my fault and i don't
01:58know maybe
01:58i'm tripping maybe i'm tweaking maybe i'm crazy y'all let me know in the comments but i think that
02:06is
02:06absolutely wild that is not my fault sure i told you to go do it but that did not mean
02:12that you have
02:13had to go do it i did not put my hands on you i didn't threaten you i i didn't
02:18force you in any
02:19way shape or form or bribe you in any way shape or form to go and do said act i
02:24just said hey
02:26go do it and i left it at that and then you went and did it and it's my fault
02:31no that's your fault
02:32you did it you made the conscious decision to go and jump not me i didn't push you i didn't
02:39do
02:39anything to you so that is your fault she did that to those kids not the man why is why
02:45is it his fault
02:47that is crazy bro what in the world is happening i keep this thing keeps making me like the i
02:55was
02:55being too conspiracy for me and i'm like at the end of the day babies died and this we i
02:59want to hear
02:59what the hell the judges and the prosecution defense that what everybody got to say i said
03:03this case reminded me of andrea yates and rusty yates specifically because the husband knew the
03:10wife was not well y'all have been told in different ways y'all wife is not well why is
03:16you leaving them
03:17babies alone with that wife and i'm not saying that would make her a bad mom but i am saying
03:21you know
03:22your wife is okay and there's and they telling you that there's a chance there's something to go left
03:27i feel like men have this thing it's just like a negligency thing and then to see both men go
03:33on
03:33patrick remarried rusty remarried had hell of babies and i it's rusty yates to this he gets on my goddamn
03:38nerves i don't know i have like a personal vendetta with him like i this is not even about them
03:42i'm
03:42gonna stay on lindsey and him so that's number one number two you would think that this case would
03:48make people more so understand and believe in one postpartum depression full stop then you have
03:56postpartum psychosis then you have existing um i believe bipolar um severe bipolar disorder or
04:04whatever she had mental health and the importance of going to health care providers who are properly
04:10diagnosing you and putting you on proper medication there are so many different pit stops here where
04:15people failed this woman and her children and the family as a whole um that it should be just looked
04:20at as like this is where this could have happened better this is where this could have happened better
04:24this is where this could have happened better and that doesn't take away from the fact that she does
04:27need to have a consequence because it's always um impact over intention at the end of the day that
04:32lady did kill her kids she do need to be locked up in a hospital for the rest of her
04:38life i'm i feel
04:38like and when we talk about uh found guilty by reason of found guilty she's not baby she ain't walking
04:46nowhere okay she ain't walking nowhere she made sure that her mouth and if y'all if y'all leave
04:51that lady
04:52alone she gonna finish she gonna finish when she started i don't know if you've been looking her
04:55in the eye because ain't no way you already not right in the head and now you know you done
04:59got
04:59your baby babies up out of here oh girl please put that lady in the hospital and i'm just saying
05:03there's so many different factors here that i've seen the online discourse but then hearing it happen
05:10hearing it happen in real time where it's like listening to these women talk to these men about like
05:16postpartum psychosis bipolar she wasn't she wasn't on the minute that they weren't doing all right with
05:20the meds and this and this it's like they're like no no no burner and then on top of that
05:26from this
05:27i've been learning about a whole bunch of these type of cases a lot of black women um exactly and
05:34that's can't even get into that because that's gonna just make the video longer this is how
05:38irritated i am after i heard that conversation in the gym because they was damn near holding up the
05:41machines but i'm so damn nosy i let them i started texting i started texting niggas in my phone
05:49and not to my shock but to my shock because it's like damn at the end of the day niggas
05:54is niggas
05:55damn you are my niggas y'all y'all gonna act wait hold on hold on hold on no no
05:58no no babe babe babe
06:00wait wait no no no y'all need to ask some niggas in your life about this this case it's
06:05a litmus test
06:07yeah let it be a test i guess we'll fail every single time according to you which means we'll
06:13be saving lots of children because if you agree with this it's just absolutely crazy i don't care
06:19what you're going through what's happening under no circumstances should you be allowed to kill
06:25people and it's okay this is facts it's facts okay because now what we're saying as long as you're
06:33going through something mentally you're allowed to kill people and we'll just lock you up in a
06:38hospital it's fine it's okay we'll just continue to pay for you like no death penalty bye you're gone
06:45you're out of here you've proven that you cannot function in society get out of here sayonara
06:52especially for folks who hurt kids if you hurt little children i don't give up f what you're going
06:59through everybody goes through something everybody there are people who people go through stuff
07:07right we we can say well this is worse and that's better and whatever else everybody goes through
07:14something we ain't making excuses for killing people especially children at that like that's just
07:20crazy it's crazy no excuse no excuse you know and and the way that i see it um we need
07:28to start
07:28having a deeper discussion about um you know males rights when it comes to parenting because i feel
07:37like in a lot of these court cases in a lot of these uh custody battles it defaults to the
07:43mother
07:43right maybe we need to switch that maybe it needs to default to the father if now all of a
07:51sudden women
07:51are genuinely a threat to children and us men have to look over our shoulders and monitor the mothers
07:58to make sure that they're not killing the kids then maybe they shouldn't be with them in the first
08:03place because that's what she just said oh well why didn't why didn't the husband do something to
08:09protect the kids i didn't know we had to protect our children from the person who gave birth to them
08:16like this is wild like sure yeah women go through stuff we we get that we get that we can
08:22acknowledge
08:22that we can understand that i'm not saying that women don't but what i am saying is that if you
08:28act
08:29upon that you're out of here no excuse no excuses okay people can say well lindsey clancy she tell yes
08:37she
08:38was checked in as far as what i know she was checked into a facility and told them from what
08:44i know that
08:45she was fine so she was able to check out if she knew she wasn't fine then she should have
08:50stayed in
08:50there you know i'm saying so that's nobody's fault other than her own that is her fault she made the
08:58conscious conscious decision to do that choking somebody out takes time that takes time and when you
09:04look down and it's a little tiny child and that doesn't you know i'm saying like you're doing that
09:10intentionally and for her to have chased down the little boy because a little boy so the the the the
09:16the first two the oldest one and the youngest one were next to each other one of the boys had
09:21took
09:21off and ran he was in the dad's office that's where his body was found so he ran away to
09:27try to you
09:27know get away from the situation probably because he was terrified and she chased him down and did that to
09:33him chased him down you know so no i have zero sympathy zero as a matter of fact i kind
09:40of think
09:41we should change the laws a little bit if the way that you kill somebody that's the way you get
09:45to go
09:45out you choke them little kids to death you get to choke to death right you shoot somebody you stand
09:50in front of the firing squad type of stuff not not us doing it ourselves but the justice system right
09:56the legal system if you're found guilty you get the death penalty and that penalty shall be
10:02whatever it is that you did to somebody else it's going to be done to you if you tortured somebody
10:07then well guess what's going to happen to you i know it sounds crazy but i i i think we
10:14we we have
10:15to i i think i think if people knew in the back of their minds hey if i get caught
10:21doing this this
10:22same thing is going to happen to me it's going to cause a lot of people to stop and really
10:28think
10:29long and hard do i really want to do this because i'm probably going to get caught do i really
10:34want
10:34to stand in front of a firing squad do i really want to be stabbed to death do i really
10:38want to
10:39be choked to death do i really want this to happen because the ultimate the ultimate thing you want is
10:44a deterrence right you want it to stop you don't want to just have the justice system only punishing
10:51people simply just to punish people no you want to punish folks so that people who are thinking
10:57about doing some of the same things look at that and say i'm yeah probably not gonna do that no
11:02not gonna do it you know um and and i said that the penalties for all of this stuff should
11:08should
11:08should change across the board first degree murder should be mandatory death penalty no questions asked
11:15if you planned out someone's demise and you executed it you're out of here gone no quite if if you're
11:23convicted obviously you know we can talk about you know uh um um you know going through and and going
11:30or i should say not going through but going back and having um you know a retrial and whatnot and
11:35them you know um what what is it called i'm i'm i'm not thinking of the proper terminology right now
11:42but
11:42them having their ability to contest said conviction right you can have your time to contest but if you are
11:49found guilty of first degree murder it's the death penalty and that death penalty will be whatever
11:55you did to that other person for second degree it's life in prison so if you didn't plan it out
12:01but you
12:01did it you know in a moment of like passion life in prison manslaughter you won't get life but it's
12:08gonna be a majority of your life you know drink drunk driving for example you're out partying drinking
12:14heavily you drive home and you happen to kill somebody you're not gonna spend your whole life
12:20in prison but it's gonna be a majority of it 100 it's gonna be a it's gonna be a large
12:25chunk of it
12:26okay and you start stiffening the penalties for this stuff a lot of this stuff falls off it falls off
12:33not saying all of it but a lot of it and that is the ultimate goal but anyway y'all
12:39get into the
12:39comments let me know your thoughts and your opinions about all of this um who's at fault
12:43for the whole lindsey clancy case let me know stay safe out there peace and love i'm out
