00:02After yesterday's diesel announcement, should the federal gas tax be suspended?
00:06Well, we're thinking about that.
00:09Why did you change your mind, sir, on the taxpayer-funded ads?
00:14And will you reimburse the government for the millions of dollars?
00:16Well, the ads were really good.
00:19They were a promotion for the country.
00:23Done by many presidents before, so we'll decide.
00:26Mr. President, you're meeting with the Gold Star families today.
00:30How did that go, May I ask?
00:31Great. In fact, there they are.
00:34There they are. Hello, everybody.
00:36That was the most beautiful meeting.
00:38These are the most incredible people.
00:40So I invited them out to check out the new helipad, check out the new ballroom, and check out the
00:48new helicopter.
00:50Thank you, everybody.
00:51That meeting went fantastic.
00:54Why was Wes Moore uninvited?
00:55Has the dollar strengthened too much versus the euro right now?
00:59No, we have a very strong dollar.
01:01That's because we're doing well.
01:03You know, a strong dollar is good in many ways.
01:06In certain ways, you could make a case that it slows things down.
01:10But a strong dollar gives you a lot of life.
01:13And, by the way, you know what a strong dollar does?
01:14It gives you no inflation.
01:28For the midterm elections, how confident you are going to do very well.
01:33I think that the rallies I'm doing are really changing around it.
01:37I think the Republicans...
01:38All I'm doing is saying what we've done.
01:40But the rallies that we've...
01:42That we're having...
01:43I mean, I'm doing them every night.
01:45This is the opening of a shipyard.
01:47But the rallies have changed things around.
01:50We're letting people know what the Republicans have done.
01:53And it's incredible.
01:54And prices are now coming way down.
01:56And oil, as soon as the war is over, which will be soon, will be coming way down.
02:04The Reflecting Pool is going to get refilled this week.
02:07I'm Emily Miller.
02:07Thank you for your free social.
02:09Oh, good.
02:09Good.
02:09You're fantastic.
02:10The Reflecting Pool is going to be refilled this week.
02:12Are you worried about vandalism in the future?
02:14And are you going to go see it?
02:15Yeah, well, we had vandalism there.
02:16And we have it about as vandal-proof as you can get.
02:21But only sick people do that.
02:23And we have their pictures.
02:25But sick people do that.
02:27Yeah, it's starting.
02:27I think they're going to fill it up this week.
02:29The Reflecting Pool is totally complete.
02:32We changed the oil pipes.
02:34We wanted to get open for July 4th.
02:36And now we want to get open for the oil pipes, which we were going to do later or during
02:40the winter.
02:40We did it.
02:41And I think it's almost complete, from what I understand.
02:43Can you go visit?
02:45Can you go visit again?
02:46I'm going to visit.
02:47Okay, good.
02:48And they also, the grass, which they destroyed, you know, they destroyed the brand new beautiful grass,
02:55at the Reflecting Pool.
02:57The grass was destroyed with the letters, the famous letters.
03:02And that's been just about completed, too.
03:04We put all new grass in, again.
03:07And this is brand new grass.
03:09This is all new.
03:10With about 200 loads of brand new topsoil.
03:13So this is going to be very healthy grass.
03:15to me. Let's
03:16go. Let's
03:16go. Let's
03:16go.
