00:20qualities for sure I've got better over the last few years with me and even
00:23here with England with the captaincy and I think I've improved in a lot of
00:27assets off the pitch and yeah ultimately we just have to wait and
00:32see you know I'm not gonna stop I'm gonna keep pushing and see where it takes me
00:36and then you know maybe in 10 years or so we'll see where that ceiling's at
