00:00I want to begin with an apology. We are sorry. And we know we have work to do to rebuild
00:04trust
00:05with the Australian people. But I think it's very clear that the most important thing in these
00:10situations is to provide just the awareness right away, because it's a novel situation also for the
00:16impacted parties. And so, you know, I think that that's the adjustment that we're making.
00:21I mean, I assume someone in your government relations teams or someone in your company has
00:27mobile phone numbers of ministers and various people in government. How come there wasn't that
00:33contact? Why did you just send an email to some arbitrary department email?
00:39So, again, I think that on retrospect, we should have done what you were suggesting. And so the
00:47reason why it happened the way that it did is I think people were thinking about this as a technical
00:51situation and they wanted to contact the technical counterparties. But it's not good enough.
00:57I think people were helpful if they were like a needful or like a needful. So, we
01:01know that they all have to manipulate HU and anlamge the scared point in time. So that's it.
01:01Nos, ne, madam, you know, we've got any little bit of ideas that we're not trying to deal
01:01hard with. We have such conversations. Absolutely!
