Life gives a person a little push, and in this case, it seems the ramp had other plans for a daring skater in Houston, Texas.
The video captures a skateboarder executing a run down a ramp before an unexpected lost maneuver results in a hard fall.
He descends the ramp smoothly until his skateboard slips out from under him mid-motion, landing on the surface ahead. Stripped of his board, the skater tumbles forward onto the ground.
Shortly after the impact, he gets back up under his own power and walks toward the skateboard to retrieve it.
