00:00:02what's happening y'all welcome in to wake up barstool put the graphic over brandon there we go
00:00:07we got plenty of playoff baseball to get to as yamamoto well who who what okay rewind as
00:00:15yamamoto dominates once again and the padres back in the friendly confines of petco get a big dub
00:00:22we got brandon's wise men list who should be moving up the ranks for the heisman trophy we
00:00:28got todd mcshay stopped by later griffins and outs nfl tapas a lot to get to on today's show
00:00:36and it all starts now on fs1 tapas like small plate topics
00:00:57what up y'all t-bop brandon walker evo connor griffith and back once again in the seat in
00:01:03the corner it's cody cody what's up babe how we feeling today not great t-bob i didn't sleep
00:01:09very well honestly what's wrong brandon's bed's not very comfortable yeah i've heard that i'll be
00:01:15all right though i'm looking forward to the show you started the show with cody why are you why are
00:01:19you making why can't can you get him a more comfortable mattress you started the show maybe
00:01:22you need more calm is it too firm a little too firm not a lot of space yeah he does
00:01:27not great pillows
00:01:28yeah he takes up a lot of space doesn't he i gotta go to the ring number he's speaking for
00:01:32me
00:01:34bill what's up boys how are your boy bill uh a little rusillo for walker trade
00:01:38oh whatever how we doing boys everybody feeling good oh my god connor's depressed he's like
00:01:45well he's dressed like a holstein cow we're all like johnson's leaving trying out a new shirt to
00:01:49maybe change up the vibes a little bit is this shirt in honor of the hannah montoya football fashion
00:01:53yes it was now we were all talking about how good cow print looked and i was like oh actually
00:01:57i
00:01:57should probably look into getting a cow print shirt is that the shirt no not this was 15 bucks
00:02:02on amazon not even close to being the shirt but i i do feel kind of good in it the
00:02:06cow print seems
00:02:07kind of messed up now okay i i i thought it i thought i we gave it a high marks
00:02:12on the fast report
00:02:13uh i think i had a bill spray yeah yeah no it's it's it's bad but i'm a bad shirt
00:02:19wearer sometimes too
00:02:20so i don't i don't mind the effort i'm going through a crisis are you self-aware of that yeah
00:02:24yeah okay i think everybody knows that brandon will get sideways on a shirt every now and then
00:02:29well like about every other day of course i am wearing a delaware blue hens jacket i say you got
00:02:33a letter jacket on day evo this might be your most like i i came dressed as a gym teacher
00:02:38this morning
00:02:39i was gonna say put together i think you look great no all right electrifying start uh relax
00:02:45brandon just because you're upset that yeah there we go yeah i can't pull that out
00:02:49there's a uh now now back to him there's a big gap between like pattern and in texture of your
00:02:59shirt it's also the color quality if this was a darker shade of brown i think it could have played
00:03:05more it looked darker in the pictures yeah that's fair you got almost like a the the more brownish or
00:03:11the more orange makes the cream look more yellow yeah and it looks like spoiled milk a little bit
00:03:18like he looks like a delicious glass of chocolate milk but i tried what do the guys down the rabbit
00:03:23hole think of it okay you think connor's red reddish tinge is kind of affecting the shirt overall as well
00:03:28yes yeah all right let's get into a little playoff baseball guys the padres stay alive uh great game
00:03:36great game great series by the way great series yeah what what is it every run every game decided
00:03:42by one run up to this point but you know back against the wall they forced game four there were
00:03:47huge moments with punches and counter punches you had tom de long from blink 182 tearing up as the
00:03:54entire crowd saying all the small things a magical night in san diago last night yeah it was incredible
00:04:01this is a a a great series uh i feel like outside maybe the yankees raise all the series are
00:04:07real
00:04:07good like the all the all the games are close this is the best one by far yeah um i
00:04:13want i want
00:04:14contraria's the next if he hits another home run in this series it needs to be over a minute to
00:04:17round
00:04:17the bases he needs to salute every single side of the stadium as he rounds the bat how long did
00:04:23it
00:04:23take last night i think they said it was 35 seconds wow wow were there uh any balls hit off
00:04:29the roof in
00:04:30this one or no i don't think that's possible connor they play outside okay well not with that
00:04:34attitude just wanted to clarify uh how brandon how are you feeling about your brewers now that they
00:04:40uh missed their first chance to knock out the padres i'm feeling very good this is a team that uh
00:04:45led baseball and wins right this is a team that knows how to bounce back from a loss it's a
00:04:49team
00:04:50uh you know it's a four to three loss it could have gone either way just like the first two
00:04:54wins
00:04:55could have gone either way but they're battle tested they've been here before they got to the nlcs
00:04:58last year feel good about the brewers they put together a lot of threats last night where uh
00:05:03people have talked about how they put pressure on you it is incredible how even it's like you go to
00:05:08the bottom of the lineup and it's like eight nine get on base or they go seven eight bun them
00:05:13over
00:05:13and you got cheerio coming up it's very uh very fun style play the brewers play i think they're still
00:05:18very much boy numbers wise i i am just in love with either the braves or the padres at their
00:05:23odds right
00:05:24there just this is a flyer you know they're okay so even after last night the braves still
00:05:29represented but they're both they're both value too they're both one game away from being in a tie
00:05:33series and you know and a winner take all game five and they're both you know two games away from
00:05:37the nlcs i think that that number is is kind of out of whack uh so no mason miller last
00:05:46night and and
00:05:47you saw poor planning by the way yeah you got well i mean then again i think the baby came
00:05:53a little
00:05:53early right i don't think baby was due till maybe closer to the end of november okay so you know
00:05:58these
00:05:59these things have but mason miller was out on paternity leave and i i don't know i i'm kind of
00:06:06at war with myself like of course in what way of his child sure he has to go to the
00:06:11birth of his child
00:06:13but something about the entire year on the line postseason setting has me questioning like is this
00:06:20the one time where you don't go to the birth of your child brandon no it's not you go to
00:06:25the birth
00:06:25of your child yeah your child will be born one time in its life that's true and you will presumably
00:06:30play
00:06:31a lot of big baseball games over your 20 or 20 year career so um kind of stinks that the
00:06:36choice had to
00:06:37be made and the timing uh worked out like it did but no i i i wouldn't even think twice
00:06:42about this
00:06:42if i'm a padres fan if i'm a padre if i'm mason miller himself wouldn't think twice about it i
00:06:46mean i'll say on the flip side my wife is in labor right now and here i am doing this
00:06:50show yeah so
00:06:51that was big of you yeah i appreciate it thank you connor yeah but this is a more uh evolved
00:06:57and
00:06:57modern conception from you brandon right like there was an era in sports where this would have been
00:07:01laughed at and deemed ridiculous no no for me oh well yeah i don't know if you're asking for me
00:07:06or
00:07:06for me not for you not for you i'm talking about society as a whole certainly that you know we've
00:07:11come a long time a long way from dragging our knuckles and everything and uh and and doing that
00:07:16but i don't i don't know i just i just think you know there's certain things family is more
00:07:20important than baseball it always has been always will be you're right i have no issue with that uh now
00:07:25we're all on the same page though you get to miss this one and and you know if mom's healthy
00:07:30baby's healthy get on yeah yeah yeah yeah you you get your ass they got nurses for a reason
00:07:35get off of that uncomfortable bed uh because people never talk about whoa whoa whoa i'll push
00:07:40back in sis go ahead though but sorry i pushed back too early this this this dude man it was
00:07:46premature push back on anything he's gonna push back on the fact that the the the little couch bed
00:07:52you get at a hospital for a dude is nice anyway i say what i was gonna say before you
00:07:58rudely we had
00:07:59all three kids there and i thought it was like staying at like a like i felt like i was
00:08:02in an
00:08:03apartment for three days it was fantastic you don't like the little chair that flips out into a bed
00:08:13what i was going to say is when mason miller does get back uh you know try to watch for
00:08:19him see if
00:08:19he's going to be sharp because people don't what they don't focus on enough is how tough the birth is
00:08:25for the dad yeah so right after you garnered so much goodwill with your original mason miller take
00:08:32you you you like like gronk celebrating a touchdown i mean you fight it 30 seconds i mean listen you
00:08:38get in there you don't know how long it's going to take it could take 12 14 hours and you
00:08:42don't
00:08:43you know your phone battery is probably going down your back might be hurting a little bit from
00:08:48sitting on that chair you don't stretch your knees you can get some fluid in your knees like it
00:08:52gets rough for dads in birth yeah they're not like the wife's laying in a bed you don't have a
00:08:58bed
00:09:00the dodgers beat the braves 3-1 last night yamamoto and sale a classic ace you gotta slow down on
00:09:08yamamoto yamamoto walk yourself through yamamoto yoshinobu yamamoto there you go yeah uh but yeah
00:09:14yamamoto i mean he's so the the two guys to highlight from last night for the dodgers are
00:09:21yamamoto and hernandez and they have an uncanny ability to show up in the playoff i'm convinced
00:09:28uh kike hernandez never plays in the regular season i never hear his name have never heard his
00:09:32name in the regular season he only shows up in october i think he has a three-week job
00:09:36is that true i think that is true yeah he signed one-year deals three years in a row he's
00:09:42not
00:09:42one month deals the last time brandon that he had an above average offensive season was 2021
00:09:49and yet last night's home run gives him 17 for his career in the postseason he's 11th
00:09:56he's tied with aaron judge jim tomey and david ortiz for postseason home runs emo it's it's it's
00:10:03unlike anything i've ever seen he tied his teammate freddie freeman for 17th all time in home runs
00:10:10and then freddie freeman broke the tie two batters later which is kind of insane um yeah the the company
00:10:17that he's in in terms of postseason success is legitimate inner circle hall of famers and it's
00:10:22just kike hernandez it's it's it's it's wild and even even last night dave roberts
00:10:28literally saying still doesn't look right he chose to play hernandez he took out months he's been
00:10:33their best hitter and he said he just needed a little bit of that kike dust just needed a little
00:10:38bit of that special october magic the guys just got it and yamamoto is the same way i mean i
00:10:42was
00:10:42looking at his stats he's now one of three seasons in mlb history uh if you go back to last
00:10:48year's nlcs he's five and over the 107 era one of three pitchers to allow one earned run or fewer
00:10:54in five straight postseason starts look at that 2025 world series i know we talk about it a lot but
00:10:59my
00:10:59god yeah my god that is that is stuff they'll talk about 100 years from now i mean who else
00:11:07in the
00:11:07postseason would you fear the most going up against as an opposing hitter would it be
00:11:14miserowski would it who would be that guy especially with the with the pedigree that a guy like yamamoto
00:11:20has i i don't know who else you would put above him i don't know i mean i think it's
00:11:27it's tough
00:11:28because nobody consistently goes as far but that's also like a function of team right like slittler was
00:11:32incredible his first appearance of them didn't have yeah the next time he but also errors and
00:11:37everything yeah i mean he wasn't exactly in the best position but yeah it's tough to say i mean he
00:11:41might be the best since bum garner brandon yeah he's on that trajectory right he's on he's done it for
00:11:47last year he's doing it looks like he's starting it again this year he could be the uh this decade's
00:11:52bum garner now uh let's get some football news and specifically some news that concerns our guy
00:11:58connor griffin uh eagles great you know mount rushmore nfl future hall of famer lane johnson
00:12:06suddenly announces his retirement yesterday citing the need to focus on his mental health and
00:12:13changing priorities and and his family and obviously uh wish lane all of the best going forward in all of
00:12:22those regards there's a few different angles to these conversations start by celebrating lane
00:12:28connor where does he rank among all-time great eagles as you said he's definitely mount rushmore uh
00:12:34the group chats with my buddies back home shout out the wolf pack we were all talking yesterday like
00:12:39who would you put in that top four he he's in there brian dawkins um chuck mgnaric reggie white i'd
00:12:48say
00:12:48those are probably your four uh lane johnson what would you say brandon oh i'm just thinking
00:12:54it's uh the eagles have kind of a weird top four yeah like mcnab was great but never really
00:13:00finished it out shalen hurts probably a couple years from being on that list yes if he were able to
00:13:05make
00:13:05another couple of runs yeah yeah well and lane johnson a big part of his argument for being in
00:13:10there is the fact that he he got kelsey got those two superbowls kelsey only got one super but i
00:13:14was
00:13:14gonna say lane was the he was the he was the bridge he was the consistent cornerstone between the
00:13:20two two superbowls with two completely different staffs like two completely different eras of eagle
00:13:25lane johnson has been like the tentpole cornerstone piece of this entire eagles era which is why
00:13:35we were talking a little bit before the show like his retirement even though we knew that this was
00:13:40going to be his last year regardless it does kind of signify the beginning of the end okay of this
00:13:46eagle this is what i wanted to ask so uh i don't know if you noticed i've been very uh
00:13:50calm and rational
00:13:51about my eagles criticism not as over the top of course i do think they're not very good but i've
00:13:56told
00:13:56you that but but anyway it does feel like a hard reset's coming it feels like we're winding down this
00:14:02thing to where jalen hurts went to the super bowl won the super bowl a couple years removed from that
00:14:07aj brown's gone now it feels like it's about to just kind of we're gonna roll this thing over and
00:14:12start anew especially considering the offensive line like you could always depend on the philadelphia
00:14:17eagles to have one of the best offensive lines in football for the past better part of the past
00:14:22decade i'd say and he was the foundation of that offensive line one of the most reliable offensive
00:14:27linemen to ever play the sport and now he's gone kelsey obviously gone a couple years ago the
00:14:33offensive line is in shambles jeff stoutland i was gonna say i keep seeing eagles fans bring up
00:14:38the former line coach jeff stoutland's name well i mean he's been there since chip kelly was head
00:14:43coach so why did they get rid of him this whole season it's a great question it was not a
00:14:47get rid
00:14:47of situation it was more so uh jeff stoutland was pretty much demoted from his run game coordinator
00:14:54responsibilities and he was just specifically offensive line coach there were struggles
00:14:58between him and sirianni and petula last season and he decided to leave uh and i think this is the
00:15:05first season that lane johnson hasn't played with jeff stoutland as his coach yeah that might have
00:15:10factored in as well but i do think yeah there are some really big time personal reasons nerd question
00:15:14how does that add up what are you saying he's on the field he's plus whatever brandon is that's
00:15:21essentially about a touchdown off the field it's minus 0.05 so what what every 10 plays they're a
00:15:29full point better when he's on the field yeah so it adds up to about a touchdown average of 70
00:15:34plays
00:15:34um it's insane it's insane numbers so i saw this tweet what's the plus four expected points added
00:15:41right more points he's worth on every single play got it okay over zero all right so i saw this
00:15:46tweet
00:15:47and i love how he ends it build a statue for him i could be wrong i don't know that
00:15:52any nfl team
00:15:53has a statue of an offensive lineman no and i don't think they should i think that's the beauty and
00:15:58the
00:15:59charm of an offensive lineman just the warriors that actually do the work right they actually uh pave the
00:16:04way that actually they're not the uh they're not the glory guys i agree yeah but i'm also not going
00:16:11to let you hide his glory under your flowery uh uh re reframing of the situation like connor said
00:16:20the eagles have two super bowls in their franchise history he was the cornerstone guy on both of
00:16:26those super bowls completely different eras you saw the record when he's on the field versus off
00:16:30you saw the epa like you you you could argue in in many ways you could make an argument he's
00:16:35the
00:16:35greatest eagle of all time yeah and and so if there was ever like i guess brandon i love what
00:16:41you're saying because i know that is the o lineman's creed right is to be the the the guy doing
00:16:46the
00:16:46dirty work not getting the glory but if not him win yeah lane johnson can't get a statue built there
00:16:52will never be a statue built for an offensive line well let's be honest he's not famous enough for a
00:16:56statue he's i mean if we're just being real then when the casual fans in 10 years come and
00:17:02and he says daddy who's that and he's like well that's statues for your fans though and eagles
00:17:06fans know lane johnson you don't build statue for opposing fans and that's like jason kelsey
00:17:10obviously because of his media career now because he's always been a very front-facing loud personality
00:17:15he gets a lot more of the shine in terms of national recognition lane johnson yeah is
00:17:22connor you were saying you were saying incredible eagle top four eagle of all time kind of a coward
00:17:27for quitting in the middle of the season no no i did not say it don't don't say that
00:17:30that very personal reasons mental health very important which he's been a huge advocate of yes
00:17:37years now and he's earned the right he's done so much for the eagles he's earned the right to
00:17:41retire whenever he wants last thing on lane the player that got better as he got older four of his
00:17:47five all pros taking place after age 30 that's commitment to the craft should we doubt the buffalo
00:17:53bills code like that coming up next here trent williams could get a statue before
00:18:02all right fellas who's hungry me okay great because this guy is having a coffee i'm good
00:18:07for some nfl tapas i'm gonna lay in and out on a little table here we're gonna spin the lazy
00:18:13susan
00:18:14and we're gonna share some nfl small plates but we're gonna start with one that might be a little
00:18:20larger cody are we starting to become concerned with the buffalo bills after they tragically failed
00:18:28to finish off their boogeyman the bad guy the killer in the movie cody y'all had your foot on
00:18:33its throat
00:18:34and you embarrassed yourself once again disgusting interception from josh allen t bob can i ask you a
00:18:41question yes if you were car shopping yeah and you had unlimited budget and you went out and get a
00:18:47ferrari right yeah would you be upset if that ferrari drove too fast uh no i would say that's
00:18:55expected right yeah that's what you got the ferrari for that's what josh allen is you let him go
00:19:00i'm not mad about that interception what i'm more upset with what i'm more worried about
00:19:04is the defense abysmal start to the season for the defense started out pretty hot but look at those
00:19:11numbers uh 31 31 having chargers don't count anybody can stop the charges right now that's the
00:19:18great worst offense they were saying drake may was dead in the water and then he comes in
00:19:21on the road puts up 29 points i'm more worried about the defense t bob not worried about josh
00:19:27allen i wouldn't doubt the bills i mean it's early they lost a division game uh to to the patriots
00:19:33at
00:19:33home you know let drake may hang around drake may was eventually going to get it together
00:19:37is it still a good team i'm not i'm not worried it's a long season with ups and downs i
00:19:43think the
00:19:43only reason people are overreacting to the bills lost to the patriots is because they overreacted
00:19:49to drake may's start of the season they were like oh drake may is a scheduled merchant and he sucks
00:19:54when reality drake may is actually very good and made a couple blunders i mean it was a terrible
00:19:59start though you were objectively sure i get what you're saying maybe we shouldn't he may yeah he was
00:20:03still incredible it was really bad on a per play efficiency uh scale drake may was very very
00:20:11i mean you can't are we gonna give are we gonna give ebo swirly we're gonna have to do let's
00:20:16go
00:20:16old sky all right let's dunk his head i think the nerd stuff is valuable so i i like the
00:20:24nerd stuff
00:20:24okay i better than you two's i apologize ebo so wait but so what you're saying before i rudely
00:20:29threatened to swirly you is that the analytics are showing he was still so he was actually very
00:20:35good on a per play basis he just had a lot of turnovers which you're talking those are those
00:20:39are a small percentage of plays but they impact the game a lot over the long the the larger portion
00:20:44of the game he was still very good people were overreacting to his turnovers he was very good
00:20:47in the bills game despite having two turnovers even one of them not being his fault what do you
00:20:52think about that that's efficiency yeah to get serious he turns to the guy in the couch
00:20:55shirt uh for what it's worth brandon i think i think you get the nail on the head i'm not
00:21:00worried
00:21:00about him because i think they'll still win the division it's a very like all that matters for
00:21:04the bills is the playoffs and they have a lot of time to try round into form for the playoffs
00:21:10that said i don't know that i've seen anything through the first quarter of the season that would
00:21:15make me think that this playoffs are going to go any different yeah they go three and one in every
00:21:19quarter of the season they're there at the end of the year no that's what i mean they're going to
00:21:21be
00:21:22fine they're going to win the division they'll be in the playoff but but again but they've
00:21:24showed me nothing that it's going to be the step forward that i think cody's probably hoping what
00:21:29are you talking about again they have 12 they have 13 more games to show you that step the chiefs
00:21:33look
00:21:33awesome um why am i blanking who else are we in love with in the afc right now havens jacks
00:21:40no
00:21:40jacks i'd probably go jags over bills right now why though what um yeah i don't think it's unfair
00:21:46in your heart of hearts you don't believe that maybe i'm being maybe i'm being more uh you're right
00:21:51i think i just said that this tapas if we if we were sitting there it's a big one i'm
00:21:55with you
00:21:56i'm with you if it was divisional weekend you saw uh bills jaguars you're gonna your guts going bills
00:22:01every time yeah that's fair but okay so i guess not to say okay okay to be reductive then it's
00:22:08bill's chiefs you're gonna be hurtling towards bill's chiefs again we've seen the dance multiple
00:22:13times i see nothing this year that should tell me that the movie will be different that's all i'm
00:22:17saying i think the jags are really good i hate how that movie ends uh yeah it sucks uh all
00:22:21right
00:22:21next on the list back are we are we back to believe are we back to believing in the rams
00:22:28i mean i i don't quite fully understand this because i'm not understand why we would have
00:22:32left in the first place oh because they started uh crappy they look they look bad the aussie game
00:22:38is what it is it is what it is but it still happened and the niners came back from australia
00:22:42just
00:22:42rolling so niners might be better than the rams yeah well then that that tells you we shouldn't
00:22:47believe in them as super bowl favorites uh i think the rams have the niners are better than
00:22:51the rams might have the most uptick potential in the entire league staverstone six tuts six picks
00:22:57you got to imagine that's gonna be better there's no garrett no donald why not imagine that's gonna
00:23:01get better why do you have to imagine it's gonna get better i mean he's coming off an mvp season
00:23:04that's fine he's 38 i mean let's say they lose to the bills we're gonna overreact we're gonna say
00:23:08they're two and three and they're dead that's they're gonna rip they'll rip win yeah they'll rip
00:23:16themselves in the foot way too often and this is two straight years now where their special teams
00:23:22have been terrible every facet of the special teams you can't rely on the kicker the the punt
00:23:28returns and the kickoff returns aren't right and then you have stafford throwing picks the running
00:23:32backs can't handle the football like they they are not a clean team they should have lost the
00:23:37eagles last week but to answer your question are we back are we back to believing the rams are super
00:23:42bowl favorites i i look at there and i think the 49ers are a better football team i like the
00:23:46chiefs
00:23:47as a better football team the seahawks are a better football team to me so i just can't believe in
00:23:51them
00:23:51as the uh the number one super bowl favorites uh if we were going to be yeah if okay that's
00:23:57that's
00:23:58yeah i i was talking to more general overall belief but per the crying at the bottom chiron i don't
00:24:04know
00:24:04what's what it is chiron thank you connor um sure but that said again i think the rams like i'm
00:24:11not
00:24:11scared about the two and two if they fall to two and three i won't be scared about that i
00:24:13don't
00:24:13care sure they're going around into form i don't think stafford's going to have one of those
00:24:19abrupt sudden fall off seasons but i guess we'll have to watch it play out well stafford has been
00:24:24weird the last couple years right because there was we went into a season a couple years ago
00:24:27thinking he couldn't even turn a doorknob yeah we thought he was steven strasberg essentially in
00:24:32terms of like the health of his arm and then he came back and won mvp so he's he's kind
00:24:36of a
00:24:37roller coaster with his career so we'll see um all right to brandon's point next up on the list
00:24:43who's the best team in football niners or chiefs chiefs yeah seahawks so i'm i'm actually i'm with
00:24:51you on the seahawks so i am a little concerned about the the the run game thus far but being
00:24:55defending super bowl champs like i want to give them that not but let's remove them from the
00:24:58conversation you do also have to yeah factor in the loss to the marcus mariotta sure commanders
00:25:03you know uh if these are the two choices i would take the chiefs but i don't think the chiefs
00:25:08are
00:25:08the best team in football but out of these two choices i go chiefs so you think the seahawks
00:25:12then are with a bullet yeah i actually i think there's probably as many teams in this conversation
00:25:19in week five as we've had in a very long time i think you make a case for six or
00:25:23seven teams here
00:25:24i would make the case for the seahawks even though they do have the loss um but yeah i i
00:25:28i like the
00:25:29chiefs a little bit more than the niners i can't parse it either i don't think i think like
00:25:33the way we are looking at college football right now is there's like six or seven teams
00:25:37who are all at the top of the sport and you can't really can't really go wrong saying you think
00:25:41one
00:25:41is better than the other i think that's kind of the same thing with the nfl obviously the results
00:25:44of being 4-0 tell a different story than being 3-1 but i think it's the same thing there's
00:25:48about
00:25:49six or seven teams if you said you believe it's the best team in football i i'm i'm fine with
00:25:53you
00:25:53but have the the chiefs have had a game they could have lost like the the raiders game you could
00:25:57have seen a couple plays going this way have the niners had a game they could have lost
00:26:01i i don't think so right they they they've been firm they struggled a little bit with the card
00:26:05the cardinals gave them a little yeah i guess so i guess so yeah but they they handled the rams
00:26:10they handled the broncos they handled the dolphins and the cardinals but they were in control of that
00:26:14and the cardinals scored late i just kind of handled the raiders i mean kirk cousins had the crazy
00:26:19touchdown late yeah underrated thing about the 49ers is they're very old on the outside right like
00:26:24their skill position player mariolla christian mccaffrey debo samuel george kill is coming off
00:26:27an injury they've been mauling people up front of the offensive line brock purdy has taken zero sacks
00:26:33for four weeks also purdy might be for just current form he might be the best like extend the play
00:26:39quarterback in the entire nfl right now agree he plays the the point guard spot yeah as long as as
00:26:45long
00:26:45as nine's on the bench yes i would agree um nine leads the league in passing yards
00:26:52what were you talking about don't worry about it move on okay okay uh next up on the lazy susan
00:26:59is this actually the year that the eagles get rid of nick sirianni
00:27:05hmm i i think yeah if we're talking about that this is going to be smiling why are you so
00:27:10excited
00:27:10about this is going to be the end of the era time out time out if the eagles are going
00:27:14to be moving
00:27:15on to ball ball give me the ball sirianni he would have to leave why are you didn't know what
00:27:22was
00:27:22coming why are you smiling so much i'm not smiling i will i you're smirking because why are you so
00:27:28excited about the prospect of getting rid of a coach at one year because he's full i was i was
00:27:32smirking
00:27:32because i knew where the conversation would lead and i didn't know if you wanted me to start the
00:27:36conversation that's why i was smirking so i actually don't think the eagles should get rid
00:27:40of sirianni you're two and two well nobody thinks they should get rid of sirianni it's outside of
00:27:44eagles fans you're two and two right now we don't even know if this year is going to crater now
00:27:49i agree
00:27:49with you it feels like it will and like i spent the entire off season being like the bucks are
00:27:55going
00:27:55to miss the leadership of mike evans levante david and lane johnson feels like that but way more
00:28:00impactful and way worse but like okay he has a bad year this year so you don't allow him
00:28:06a second bad year to clearly say he's not the guy the offense the past two years has had the
00:28:12highest three and out percentage in the league so anytime you're gonna fire a coach that has been
00:28:17objectively successful from a win-loss standpoint 70 of his game yeah exactly right can we break
00:28:22that down i i'm just saying to answer this do you have or do you need to have a candidate
00:28:28that you're
00:28:29in love with are you just firing him sans like yeah because sometimes you fire a guy because there's a
00:28:34ben johnson candidate that everybody desperately wants so like okay i gotta move now because i know
00:28:39i really want to see if this guy's the guy but you just want to fire sirianni in a vacuum
00:28:44you're saying
00:28:44i i think uh you might look back on this era of eagles football and ask why why didn't we
00:28:50win
00:28:50more than we did seriously when the eagles had shane steikin and kellen moore as our offensive coordinator
00:28:57they were 41 and 11 every other offensive coordinator including nick sirianni they're 26
00:29:04and 21 he called seven games his first year t-bob winning record but with this core of players where
00:29:11you had aj brown you had saquon barkley you had davante smith had the best defense in the league
00:29:15had one of the best offensive lines in the league like it's it's i'm just saying t-bob if you
00:29:20had asked
00:29:20connor the day after the super bowl if he if he'd be in favor of sirianni being fired he'd been
00:29:24like
00:29:24i'm 50 50 on it yeah i mean that's the perspective closions since i understand how when you're a fan
00:29:31of a team you can arrive at conclusions that look crazy from the outside but this is still look at
00:29:37look at what the rest of this network is saying look at nick wright look at ah this is the
00:29:41herd look at
00:29:42what they're saying they're saying the same thing do that in person again ah this is the herd all right
00:29:49hey cody special guy it's our special boy coming up next heisman or wiseman who should be taking
00:29:58home the award brandon walker is going to let you know who's climbing the ranks
00:30:05welcome back to wake up barstool it's time to talk some college football with college football's
00:30:09number one media personality brandon walker brandon you do the wiseman okay telling us who should be
00:30:15climbing the ranks uh to win the heisman and why who has announced themselves this week so normally
00:30:23the wiseman is we talk about guys who aren't on the top of the heisman leaderboard and why they're
00:30:29not and they should be this week we're going to look at who's been making moves to win the heisman
00:30:34and who the next guys are to make their move so jeremiah smith the last couple of weeks 12 catches
00:30:38against illinois 11 catches against iowa last week he has made his move keelan russell started his
00:30:45move in starpool the other day 285 yards three touchdowns and was incredible now who's going to
00:30:51make the move these next coming weeks we got josh hoover right here it is time for josh hoover to
00:30:55make his move indiana schedules very cowardly out of conference they schedule three nobodies and then
00:31:01they beat northwestern and they haven't had to do anything yet in uh in the big 10 so we haven't
00:31:06really seen josh hoover how good he can be how good he will be at indiana he's been fine but
00:31:11now a road
00:31:12trip to nebraska this week and next week ohio state coming into indiana it is time for josh hoover
00:31:17to make his move he's been very good statistically but that doesn't matter because they have played
00:31:22nobody they they spend september being cowards now it is time for josh hoover to make his move the
00:31:27number two guy to make his move it's cj carr notre dame has basically two huge gigantic opportunities
00:31:34this year to face top 10 top 20 teams uh in in prime time in big spots and for cj
00:31:40carr to to show
00:31:42out in front of the entire country because a lot of people are ignoring notre dame because the schedule
00:31:46is so bad so terrible so easy but cj carr the next couple of weeks he's got byu next week
00:31:51and then
00:31:52he'll have uh miami coming in in the early part of november cj carr has been excellent he's been
00:31:57fantastic he's been very good but again he hasn't had to beat anybody yet cj carr makes his move
00:32:03starting next week is it better for cj carr look at that how can you even judge that to dominate
00:32:09those
00:32:09games or to have a mendoza penn state moment in one of those games i think it's better to dominate
00:32:17those
00:32:17games interesting i think it's much better to dominate those games um the mendoza moment was
00:32:22fantastic and fine but really you know mendoza was helped last last year by a weaker heisman field
00:32:27where nobody else grabbed the grabbed the marquee and grabbed them to be clear i don't think carr
00:32:32should win it almost with a schedule like this i i don't know that i think hoover should win it
00:32:36like well i guess indiana but the move is coming is all i'm saying yeah you will see carr shoot
00:32:41up
00:32:41heisman list and there will be columns coming out of sports writers saying why not cj carr for heisman
00:32:45and that's going to happen once they go to byu next week and lastly keelan russell did make his he
00:32:51started his move last week he's been just quietly simmering on the stove he's been excellent alabama
00:32:56scoring 45 points a game whatever then they go in that big spot against mississippi state last week
00:33:00kamario taylor has all the buzz but keelan russell was the better quarterback on the field he takes
00:33:04a step forward and now this week gunner stockton another simmering on the stove guy who's been
00:33:08quietly excellent for a team who's played nobody yet now they have to go on the road and play somebody
00:33:13whoever wins this game is jumping up in the heisman if it's keelan russell if he wins this game he
00:33:18might come out as the heisman leader over jeremiah smith but gunner stockton could absolutely etch his
00:33:23name in the heisman race in the top three with a big performance here against alabama and i do think
00:33:28there are big performances to be had against alabama's defense now you know kamario taylor was hurt
00:33:32kamario taylor was had the flu apparently mississippi state still moved the ball pretty easily at times in
00:33:38that game georgia's a much better much more put together offense than mississippi state so the
00:33:43opportunity is there for gunner stockton but it's also there for keelan russell uh for what it's
00:33:47worth i i want to be clear because i agree with all you're saying about these guys being the next
00:33:51thing to move uh but jeremiah smith as you said another day on monday is running away in heisman
00:33:58hiding with the heisman right now as he should be he's sitting on top of it and and they have
00:34:02a
00:34:02schedule that will continue to put them on the main stage continue to have big time matchups right
00:34:07now jeremiah smith is on pace for 2300 yards and 25 touchdowns he's got oregon coming up he's got
00:34:14indiana coming up he's got michigan coming up he has all these huge games coming up he's got cla
00:34:18coming up what do you think the benchmarks so he already has the um the advantage i would say in
00:34:24the
00:34:24heisman race where everyone in the country knows he's the best player but we all were concerned would
00:34:29he put up the numbers yeah to get the heisman what is the benchmark of numbers that you believe he
00:34:35needs to reach in order to secure a heisman is i mean if he hits 2000 yards no but no
00:34:40that would
00:34:41that would be i don't obviously what but is it like 1500 and 15 touchdowns is it like 1600 i
00:34:46don't
00:34:46think it's i don't think it's cumulative or counting stats i think it's hitting something like
00:34:50in these big marquee spots hitting eight or nine catches with a couple touchdowns every single time
00:34:55they play one of these games if he has a game where he uh like he plays oregon he has
00:34:58four catches
00:34:59for 73 yards and uh and and no touchdowns i think that he falls down pretty good uh in a
00:35:05one game
00:35:05scenario because these spots are even if he hits to that like what if in that scenario hits 2k and
00:35:1120 tuds like i i think that will kind of be that that could bury an oregon i just i
00:35:15just can't imagine
00:35:16the numbers staying if the numbers stay at this pace we're not even having a discussion about the
00:35:19heisman yeah but i can't imagine what the defenses he's got coming up indiana oregon michigan like it's
00:35:24the numbers are not what's going to carry him to this heisman the numbers are going to be kind of
00:35:29an ancillary thing uh it's going to be about the highlights against these big marquee opponents
00:35:33i i i agree highlights are critical i think he's going to keep up the numbers though he may not
00:35:39pace
00:35:39exactly there but i think he's going to keep dominating these big games as an iowa defense
00:35:43it was pretty damn salty and jeremy smith his his best numbers are against power conference teams
00:35:49they're not against yeah he he didn't have a touchdown against kent state only he only had
00:35:5485 yards there's opportunities on his schedule to pad his stats but he did it in games that matter
00:36:00it's great against texas great against iris so it's the anti-regi bush shout out jeremiah smith and
00:36:05again i just hope that we don't take his greatness for granted and that work against him because he does
00:36:10have an element of that all right let's play a new game say it with your chest brandon walker
00:36:14rapid fire i got a lot of topics here i want you to answer one minute on the clock go
00:36:21will georgia
00:36:22alabama be game of the year this year in college football no uh is miami really that good or are
00:36:28they just untested yes darian minsa keelan russell trinidad chambliss pick one darian minsa i think
00:36:38he's the best quarterback is indiana actually a top 10 team in the country yes but i hate their
00:36:44cowardly scheduling uh they're uh defending national champs act like it is usc closer to
00:36:49making the college football playoff than people think my god no they're not good they're physically
00:36:54a mess they get ran over every time and they're probably going to lose at penn state do people
00:36:58think they're close right now though they might they might be closer than what people think oh wait
00:37:02we gotta hurry it might be closer to what people uh are you still sold that notre dame's a surefire
00:37:06title contender yes i'm still sold uh elite defense maybe the most talented defense in the country
00:37:10good quarterback and they are going to be not tested when they get to the playoff bigger disaster
00:37:15right now michigan or south carolina michigan's a bigger disaster because it's a bigger job it's
00:37:20more important and they have no quarterback no identity most likely acc team other than miami to
00:37:26make the college football playoff and will they make it no pass there is none no not after heinzschild
00:37:32tears his acl is gunner stockton good enough to lead georgia to the title yes easily all right there
00:37:38it is time oh okay where'd we go yeah i don't like the producer in my ear saying hey uh
00:37:45short
00:37:45answers and i give short answers like longer answers please yeah and then and then and then
00:37:50my favorite part was so that happened and then we asked the quarterback question you said darian
00:37:55minsa and then you're like oh i guess i gotta say more i think he's the best quarterback
00:38:01yes it's good riffing there's your modeling georgia or alabama brandon
00:38:06what is the modeling we haven't talked about the hurricane we gotta discuss the hurricane oh we
00:38:11got it whether or not whether or not it's coming up don't worry brandon hurricane what if it's a
00:38:15weather game if it's a weather game and it's and you have to run the ball i think georgia's
00:38:19georgia yeah it behooves georgia
00:38:24what's happening it's time for brandon walker's favorite segment
00:38:28and that's griffins and outs connor griffin take it away thank you t bob i love you we are talking
00:38:33about the things that we saw the past week that we want to bring in to this week and beyond
00:38:37as well
00:38:38as the stuff that we could leave behind because it's just not that great time to go to break in
00:38:41my first out i'm very much out on youth sports culture uh specifically like all the weird stuff
00:38:47that's going on around it i do want to preface it this did get resolved uh the players are playing
00:38:52but there was a group of hockey players in a 10u hockey club who were suspended because their moms
00:38:58had made custom team jackets and the owner of the hockey club got so mad that they did this and
00:39:04he
00:39:04wasn't reaping the the rewards of the cash from selling like the official team jackets or something
00:39:09like that and uh yes the team owner or the club owner suspended the players 10 new hockey teams have
00:39:15owners yeah no no no he wasn't making royalties like the league owner like whoever owns the rink
00:39:20or yeah puts on the league thought that he should be allowed to sell the merch and he wasn't making
00:39:25royalties this is jackets this is crazy again it's been resolved is that in america or canada not sure
00:39:31it's been resolved but it's a new oh it's in new jersey just getting cold in my ear yeah is
00:39:36that
00:39:36america or canada i thought the problem was a new jacket oh good one t bob no it's just one
00:39:41of those
00:39:41things this is one story that highlights like there's a lot of weird stuff going on in youth
00:39:45sports these days where parents are getting way too involved the the coaches and the the owners are
00:39:51getting way no like that's the story as old as time like parents fighting parents being weird
00:39:55this is psycho this is this is something i've never we should throw all these people in prison
00:40:01no not the moms no not the moms not the moms the people who are looking to squeeze every single
00:40:06dollar out of maybe the moms children's sports should be thrown in prison they're all terrible
00:40:10making jackets for their 10 and under hockey maybe what jacket are you wearing right now
00:40:14i'm wearing a delaware blue hens uh letter jacket okay same thing literally same thing well moving on
00:40:22i am very much in on having elite setups for watching ball and i don't know if i've ever seen
00:40:28one quite like this shout out to chase snyder who on his flight i don't know where he was going
00:40:33he had an entire exit row to himself and he set up a game on every single tv this past
00:40:40saturday
00:40:40including it looks like an ipad and a laptop in there he's 30 000 feet in the sky and he's
00:40:47maximizing the ball watching ability as best as he can brandon he's showing off for showing off
00:40:53sake if he's a true ball watcher why is he flying on a saturday t-bop no that's a legit
00:40:56question
00:40:57if this guy is such a legit ball knower a ball watcher and we got to bow to his ball
00:41:02watching
00:41:02capabilities he has six other days in the week he could travel why did he travel his wife's giving
00:41:07birth he has to get to the hospital spin zone he just made that up what up spin zone he
00:41:12can do it
00:41:12while doing that so he might be the best ball watcher oh yeah no but i think he i i
00:41:17he he is
00:41:18showing off at spiking the football here just find your find a home find your house go to a couch
00:41:23and
00:41:23watch your ball what if he was going to a fall wedding a what fall wedding okay i was gonna
00:41:28say
00:41:28this is a bad jealous you think that's a bad setup why is that a bad i think you physically
00:41:33can't
00:41:34watch all three screens up top i think the main it's too wide of a peripheral the only issue that
00:41:38i would have with it as as someone i keep five games on all times you gotta be able to
00:41:42mute and
00:41:43unmute and so that's the only that might be the only place that would fall apart a little bit is
00:41:47because you can't be on does he buy the exit row seats or or did i think i got lucky
00:41:51which we
00:41:52should highlight exit row empty exactly i i i used to think oh i'm big i gotta go exit row
00:41:57but it's
00:41:58ironic where only the big people book exit rows you just end up sitting by other big people so
00:42:03you actually end up wanting to avoid the exit row as a big person yeah don't know how you got
00:42:06the
00:42:06whole thing well shout out chase snyder shout out chase who's great tweet brandon's gonna love this
00:42:11next one i'm very much in on freddy la7 freddy la7 is so back the german soccer fan who stole
00:42:19the
00:42:19hearts of america during the world cup he is now back and oh he was he was at mississippi state
00:42:25he was
00:42:26getting the red carpet rolled out for him he's ringing the cowbell and he's experiencing it for
00:42:30the first time and it was great to see freddy la7 he's back in the united states he was at
00:42:35baton
00:42:35ruse the week before dude he never left the united states because he's not german
00:42:40what do you mean he's an industry plant t-bob
00:42:45i don't think so everybody loves you don't think anything you never doubt anything about anything
00:42:49ever everybody loves freddy la7 no they don't yeah they do and i noticed he got out of town for
00:42:54me
00:42:54and cody got there yeah sure well maybe you guys could fill me in on this last one i'm not
00:42:58too
00:42:59familiar with this guy's work and i don't know if this is a griffin or a griff out associate of
00:43:05you
00:43:05guys uh dave portnoy i don't follow him i don't know much of what he does but every single time
00:43:12i'm
00:43:12on twitter i see he has to have thousands of these i see a michigan loss rant video from dave
00:43:19portnoy
00:43:20the past two three years it's been every single time i open my twitter so i don't know if it's
00:43:25a
00:43:25griffin because he's getting numbers on the tweets and i'm seeing them i don't know if it's a griff out
00:43:29because he keeps getting fooled by this michigan team they keep losing my team keeps losing his team
00:43:34keeps losing just as much and we're we're speeding towards a pillow fight by the way next weekend in
00:43:40ann arbor penn state michigan i'm very excited for that one hopefully the boss man and i we could we
00:43:45watch it together or something y'all y'all make a dual loss video seriously yeah i thought you
00:43:51said i didn't know him i i don't follow him uh not to my knowledge so that's that shout out
00:43:57dave are
00:43:57you at all worried about throwing punching back what do you mean well this is a sparring session i
00:44:03assume i mean he is right though dave has made that same video yeah yeah he said on monday's show
00:44:09that i
00:44:09make the same video every single i i post about every penn state game and yeah we just happen to
00:44:13have a
00:44:13bunch of losses and now you're in the fight i'm not sure this is a fight you at least now
00:44:17you're in
00:44:17the fight at least your team doesn't have you don't have any leaked group texts going on with
00:44:23penn state right now do you not at the moment we had leaked audio
00:44:30all right best i don't chime in there that was griffin's and out shout out kind of griffin
00:44:37thank you for letting us know what we should be cheering and jeering coming up next most likely to
00:44:42make the playoffs texas charges no more nfl topics
00:44:48welcome back to wake up barstool t-bob brandon connor ebo and cody hanging out today cody
00:44:55recovering brandon's bed yet getting some energy here now we're feeling good t-bob hour two let's
00:44:59roll let's do it let's talk some nfl guys let's go whether or not coming up we're going to talk
00:45:03todd mcshay we have to talk about the billionaire superpower battle that's going to go down between
00:45:10uga and alabama this weekend but first bigger threat and we're going to start the afc north
00:45:16guys a a surprisingly well-recorded division at this point in the year bigger threat to win the
00:45:23afc north is it the browns or the bangles i think it's the browns yeah yeah i i think i
00:45:29i think the
00:45:30browns are better than the bangles i think the bangles are uh are all offseason hype every single
00:45:34year they're they're okay the browns defense and their skill position players are just flat out
00:45:40good and if they can get average and what they've been getting is average qb play from deshaun watson
00:45:46with moments of really good if they can get average qb play they can be a playoff team and i
00:45:50don't know
00:45:51if the bangles are a playoff team right now very interesting odds here right really really showing
00:45:57you yeah who who people believe in uh would you still take the ravens over both them though i know
00:46:02i'm not supposed to ask but yeah i think the ravens are a class of the division still yeah all
00:46:06right
00:46:07that's fair this you look at this and you go there's almost like there's just no debate it's just
00:46:12like you almost think the ravens have a foregone easy path to this division yeah bigger threat to
00:46:19the giants potential success jamis winston or the dallas cowboys the dallas cowboys i think the
00:46:27dallas cowboys are are legitimate what what a question i think the dallas cowboys have the best
00:46:32offense in the league if the defense can get to average which the defense has shown moments if the
00:46:37defense can get i think they're they're easily the best team in that division uh jamis or not even
00:46:41if you're jackson dart i think the cowboys are easily the best team in that division uh they haven't
00:46:45gotten to their top end speed yet but they will i don't think jamis is is the jump is the
00:46:51is the
00:46:51gap between dart and jamis so big that you're like this is a legitimate deterrent you are you are that
00:46:57is a really good point i think i think it's a pretty big gap i think it's a gap in
00:47:01like maybe things
00:47:02they're capable of stylistically but i don't know if it's like a big gap in terms of we're making it
00:47:06we
00:47:07are making we are drawing to evo's point i believe we are drawing from a relatively small sample size
00:47:14when it comes to dart to to talk about how big the gap is yeah yeah he looked good i
00:47:20guess the
00:47:21first few plays of the season but yeah no it's funny that this is rain is a threat to the
00:47:27giant
00:47:28success yeah yeah um i it's yeah it wasn't gonna happen anyway uh bigger threat to make the playoffs
00:47:35the houston texans were the chargers pass chargers neither but texans because they're in a worse
00:47:44division yeah i hate i hate how people talk about the texans we just keep assuming they can dig these
00:47:48impossible holes to climb out of him i i i they're not going to do it again guys guys if
00:47:53the defense
00:47:53it's not happening if the defense isn't going to be elite they have no chance and that's it the
00:47:56schedules last year they they they made the comeback from 0-3 because their defense was the best in the
00:48:01league it is not this year it is not top half of the league so far this year so the
00:48:05defense isn't
00:48:05going to be elite this is not a discussion worth having but on the flip side we were having a
00:48:10lot of
00:48:11serious concerns about cj stroud whether he had the hips whether he would ever be the same
00:48:15after what we saw in the playoffs last year and he's been pretty solid uh deeply deeply ironic that
00:48:21he's he's finally playing well yeah they can't win a game no they're they're two top picks from that
00:48:27draft cj stroud and will anderson are playing at maybe the top in terms of production yeah top of the
00:48:32nfl in their own form now look at it collins comes back to texans offense offense does so i know
00:48:38brandon the schedule no no no no but now that i look at it uh they gave up 36 to
00:48:42the bills 34 to
00:48:44the cowboys maybe the two best offenses in the entire league 19 to the colts they lost a two-point
00:48:48game and they gave up 20 in a weird game to the bengals but uh maybe the defense is going
00:48:53to be
00:48:53better my problem they were marching up and down the field we gotta be clear about what we're saying
00:48:56about the defense okay we know they're still uber talented we know they're capable on a on a given
00:49:02game day of appearing to be the best defense in the nfl but i'm not just we we entered a
00:49:08point
00:49:08with them we just said that about them ad nauseum right and i can't get there anymore when they're
00:49:12not showing the consistency and when they had the ability they had the lead against the cowboys if
00:49:18you're the number one defense in the league and and the offense gives you the ball in that situation
00:49:23you have to come through and then you allow cd lamb his 17th catch on the day to win the
00:49:29game no
00:49:30they're good they're still a good defense i'll be wrong but i'm not calling the best in the nfl anymore
00:49:34also we have the wrong we we just completely don't have the the only own four team that actually
00:49:40might have a chance to make the playoff the bucks yeah the bucks they're in the worst division no no
00:49:45no no no okay sorry you're you're a team fan falcons are good you're one and three yes do you
00:49:50believe
00:49:50you can make the playoffs um after i i'm i think i'm still recency biases i'm still bleeding here so
00:49:58no no it's subject to change given one good performance i'll be all the way you think you
00:50:02guys are out of it all right right now yes the panthers are a really good offense bad defense
00:50:07the falcons boy they they look really good since pennix came back but you never know how long he's
00:50:12going to stay in the lineup i think the bucks are probably done but they have a better shot than
00:50:16either of these two teams to the ebo's point uh better bigger threat to steal the number one
00:50:22overall pick from the dolphins the titans or the bucks the titans the titans are legit i guess the
00:50:28bucks have been legit bad too but the titans the titans where's the hope for them where's the hope
00:50:33cam ward's bad uh yeah cam ward starts being shallant yeah like like he's he's bad
00:50:42all right all right move along uh bigger threat to become a surprise playoff team the steelers or
00:50:50the colts i i don't think the steelers can be the steelers can never be a surprise playoff team they
00:50:55are a playoff team the surprise would be winning the playoff game doing anything once they got there
00:51:02uh okay can we go i'm gonna be vulnerable for a second sure and we'll be i i don't know
00:51:10i haven't watched any colts this year yet so they're good again this year like what's what's
00:51:14what's they're going they're frisky they're frisky they when they look bad they look really bad i was so
00:51:19on him last year i loved him i got my indiana jones so should i get my india these are
00:51:23these are
00:51:23two uh these are two eight eight and one teams t-bob eight nine teams eight and one was eight
00:51:30and one
00:51:30eight eight and one eight eight wins and one eight losses oh eight eight and one oh my god i
00:51:39was
00:51:40picking it up eight eight and one wait with that one thank you for bringing the show doing a resting
00:51:45halt with wordplay that i'm somehow over the last two minutes i am dicing up brandon walker who is
00:51:51a master i was on your side bigger threat and i'm crossing him up like alan iverson stepping over
00:51:57i'm gonna step over that's the most overrated place in history by the way guys we're getting
00:52:02steelers colts this weekend well hi also the one thing with the steelers that isn't getting a whole
00:52:08lot of attention is that aaron rogers still does have moments on the football field where he can tap
00:52:13into that like magic and football field well guys guys like me and ebo are out on rogers i exactly
00:52:20and there are times in the game we realize yeah he's just nowhere near his old self but then
00:52:23he'll tap back into that old stuff i'm close to cuss and he's kind of like the boogeyman
00:52:27uh plus 7 500 if you want to bet on a steelers colts tie i will be taking steelers colts
00:52:34halftime and
00:52:35full game tie this weekend bigger threat to completely collapse the jacksville jaguars or the ravens
00:52:42the who jaguar um i'd say the ravens and that we already see a little bit of injury issue from
00:52:50lamar jackson right yeah uh they're saying like it's a high angle but nobody's freaking out and
00:52:55he got hurt last year like this is this is beginning to begin uh i don't think the jags are
00:52:59a collapsible
00:53:00team i think they're pretty good all the way around also the problem with the ravens is and we
00:53:04already saw it too it's not just lamar right say flowers goes out that entire offense can can can kind
00:53:11of start to sputter and and fall apart so it's isn't great to your point the jags looks like they
00:53:16have a top tier defense i i guess i have to accept like trevor lawrence is just going to be
00:53:19a legitimate
00:53:20really good quarterback every single week yeah the jags are jags are great their defense is good
00:53:25that's just good jags are just solid all the way around yeah they're they're top five team the league
00:53:30easily i know it didn't count but probably my favorite highlight from well that's not true because
00:53:34the aston chisholm catch was credible but all right the travis hunter pick when he broke down
00:53:40t higgins oh my goodness violent oh my god violent breaking of the ankles that we've ever seen
00:53:46it looked like when we were playing those flag football guys that's what i felt like dude like
00:53:51when that girl diced me up my knee exploded it was bad like his head hit the ground first yeah
00:53:56higgins head did that was oh that was purdy all right we're going to break guys when we get back
00:54:02is parody dead in college football we got to talk georgia alabama pigeon almost
00:54:08dive bombast and indiana man i got beef with indiana y'all are going to hear about it
00:54:15i had this take weeks ago
00:54:27there it is the hottest thing in gambling whether or not our producer reese the most
00:54:34meteorologically based nerd that we have he's 13 and 2 with his picks and we gave it out yesterday
00:54:40we're giving out again today because you want to get on this thing early guys georgia alabama coming up
00:54:45this weekend we've already seen line movement because of a projected category two hurricane
00:54:50that's going to be rolling into town i thought it was tropical depression nine uh i i just i just
00:54:56got updated it's currently a depression but again projected category two hurricane by game time
00:55:03if the line started at 55 we've already seen it move down to oh it's at 52 and a half
00:55:09yesterday we
00:55:09gave it out at 54 and a half so if you want to act guys acting out are you telling
00:55:13me not to
00:55:13an underestimated depressed nine i'm because it could always get it could grow nine yes brandon
00:55:22what if they move the game to sunday they then they then we're screwed okay dan dan immediately
00:55:27put a 10k bet yesterday and then i saw a fake post and they had moved to some very city's
00:55:32been superdome and i came sprinting out the bathroom didn't even buckle my belt to try to
00:55:37alert the bank of desks that do well i don't think that's an option for this week but they could
00:55:40move it to sunday at like one o'clock you are in the bathroom a lot too bob yeah it's
00:55:45it's been one
00:55:45of it's been kind of my safe haven happy place my entire life i love it in there play chess
00:55:51in
00:55:51there read books in there yeah okay things i've learned the adventures i've gone on it almost feels
00:55:56as good as watching georgia alabama do battle this weekend yeah georgia alabama this is a heavyweight
00:56:02ass heavyweight matchup this is a big boy regardless of the outcome of this game
00:56:07let's say alabama beats georgia alabama probably goes to two georgia goes to six georgia beats
00:56:13alabama georgia probably stays patented alabama goes where seven eight like i don't think they
00:56:19drop behind who's who's who's behind them who's the one team behind them is it or no not organ
00:56:24this game will absolutely matter in the grand scheme of college football like for the totality of
00:56:29the season because it will like like we've talked about will yeah will basically be a whoever wins
00:56:36this game is in the playoff you're saying it won't punish the loser but but they're in the
00:56:39you can get to the driver's seat if you win the driver's seat is is very good but putting a
00:56:46loss on
00:56:46somebody this early in the season is still a big deal when you have schedules tough coming down the
00:56:50stretch like this would uh this gets rid of your margin for error like ohio state's going into the
00:56:55meet of their big 10 schedule already carrying a loss so while it doesn't it won't knock you out
00:56:59of the top 10 if you lose it it still takes away a lot of your leeway that you would
00:57:03have if you were
00:57:04to win it or if you just scheduled like cowards like indiana to your point ole miss and lsu i
00:57:09i almost
00:57:10feel like they have no wiggle room even though if they know yeah who they're in you get like there's
00:57:14a
00:57:14lot coming up on both those schedules in terms of like definitely good sec teams that could pick them
00:57:19off like there's gonna be a lot of teams i think that end up in your conference and your favorite
00:57:22conference at nine three and they're all going to be looking around like we did the first year
00:57:26with the 12 team playoff being like we deserve to be in even though we have nine only have nine
00:57:29wins
00:57:30i mean remember 10 and 2 vanderbilt didn't get in last year so like there's even precedent for 10 and
00:57:352 not being an automatic ticket to the playoff here uh that said i can't wait for this matchup again
00:57:41guys these are schools that have combined for damn near 10 national championships i got i got something
00:57:47to post you though brandon i think this is on georgia really this entire year to prove that
00:57:54they weren't just todd munkin and stetson bennett merchants now a lot are made a lot is made of kind
00:58:01of how the game has changed being the main thing that is taken away from georgia and i think there's
00:58:05a lot of legitimacy there but munkin and bennett were the best big game combination in that school's
00:58:11history look what todd munkin's gone on to do and i i i don't like bobo's been fine but but
00:58:18it's
00:58:18never they've never had the bite that they had when munkin was leading that offense yeah and and
00:58:22that's fine but let me counterpoint that uh i believe alabama's offense now with keelan russell
00:58:28can go to another level and but i think it's on uh it's on caitlin deborah and his offensive
00:58:33coordinator to prove they can do it against these nasty physical defenses the last couple times you've
00:58:38seen them against nasty physical defenses or at least if you just look at the losses they've had
00:58:41during their tenure there you know indiana beat them 38 to 3 yeah in the sec title game georgia
00:58:46choked them out now they beat georgia in the regular season last year 24 21 correct yeah but
00:58:51cash jones fourth and goal they played oklahoma three times they beat them in the playoff but twice
00:58:55in tuscaloosa and in norman they scored three points in norman a couple these big physical strong sec
00:59:00defenses have a tendency to shut this offense out but that was before keelan russell got on the scene so
00:59:06does he change everything it's all about how legitimate is alabama's offensive line and i
00:59:10don't they still can't run the ball very well that's what you say i don't i don't know that
00:59:15they've been tested in that regard they ran it better against us but not great we we don't i thought
00:59:19they didn't run a well against joe i thought they i don't think they ran it great i i they
00:59:23they when
00:59:24you think of alabama and the running game it's it's this you know we're gonna run it down your face
00:59:29and there's nothing you can do about it they still don't have that i don't need them to be that
00:59:32though
00:59:33but they were abysmal last year like they were actively bad like three yards of carry bad
00:59:38uh we'll see i can't wait for this this is this is like this is like u.s and china
00:59:43doing war here
00:59:44this is a big boy these are what way they're superpowers like like for for the majority of
00:59:50college football fans you look at these two teams and this is a great line that maybe they will light
00:59:55you and it feels like watching gods do battle in the sky as you stand on the earth as a
00:59:59mere mortal
01:00:00and they've been classics almost every single year at least in the regular season my one concern
01:00:04for alabama would be we have had a tendency every week to pick out an sec team and crown them
01:00:09and
01:00:09put them at the pet on the pedestal and i believe as good as alabama looked last week they're now
01:00:14having their turn on the pedestal and georgia is a tough team to face when you're when you're
01:00:18newly crowned that pedestal uh i but you're playing them at home so i yes i think i like georgia
01:00:26here
01:00:26i know i like georgia here but okay there you go georgia bulldogs certified alabama hater i'm a
01:00:33hater of everybody now that's what people don't give me credit for people like you hate my team
01:00:37you hate i hate everybody yeah you're equal opportunity yes which that's what we want out
01:00:41of life we want consistency right you're like the the don rickles of college football media
01:00:45speaking of consistent nobody's been more consistent in college football than the indiana
01:00:51hoosiers uh they they've won a million games in a row uh and you know one of the core tenets
01:00:57of their success is let's make things as easy as humanly possible when it comes to scheduling out
01:01:05of conference opponents uh yesterday it's announced that they have canceled the 2027 game with umass
01:01:10who beat a big 10 team this year form one they've replaced with jacksonville state
01:01:15maybe a bit is being made too much of going from umass jackson state who's better that doesn't matter
01:01:20i still have an overall problem with how indiana schedules and the amount of crap that kurt signetti
01:01:27talks about doing hard things while not challenging themselves whatsoever in the games that they have
01:01:33control over scheduling also look at their 27 big 10 schedule it's about as easy of a big to draw
01:01:38as
01:01:39you can find yeah they don't have a non a power for non-conference game schedule for the next five
01:01:43years kurt signetti will get up at media days in big 10 and say well look at the sec they
01:01:48don't schedule
01:01:49meanwhile ohio state's playing texas michigan's playing oklahoma like lsu played clemson all these
01:01:53teams and the yes and the old miss opens with louisville all all of that is fine but but if
01:01:58you
01:01:58are going to be at the top of the sport indiana is at the top of the sport right now
01:02:01the reigning
01:02:02national champions they are one of the marquee names in the sport act like it act like it actually
01:02:07put something out there don't just treat september as don't be cowards don't be running from
01:02:12competition it is sad it is pathetic and it is beneath who indiana has now made themselves to be
01:02:17well and you could almost see that maybe michigan arguably under harbaugh started this trend and
01:02:22indiana's picked up that ball and ran with it and worsened it but it's reflected in the tv ratings big
01:02:2710 ratings are down college football viewership as a whole in the first quarter of the season was down
01:02:3111 sec was up so like again and the big tens are gonna say i don't care we're gonna win
01:02:36now
01:02:36how i just it's it's bad for the sport it's bad for the sport it's completely boring as a fan
01:02:42it's pathetic for coaches that preach being willing to do hard things spot the ball we'll play
01:02:46anybody anywhere except that you won't and it totally doesn't match signetti's outward appearance
01:02:52again yes he's so much bluster he's google me he's f this team f that team and he's i'm not
01:02:58going to
01:02:58schedule anybody that might be difficult in september i'm scared to schedule like that doesn't make sense
01:03:02no he is so good so great as a coach the program is so good do something with it why
01:03:08not why just run
01:03:09and hide i agree i agree drop your nuts but i mean it it worked for him last year
01:03:16and that's and that's and that's that the reason why that is the danger here no man considers a course
01:03:21base for himself which has proven profitable to others and it worked for michigan and it worked
01:03:27for indiana and so now everybody's rushing to do the same and it's bad for the sport give away with
01:03:32words and they make too much money that's valeus pediculus not me who's this mcshay fella
01:03:36todd mcshay next
01:03:40welcome back to wake up barstool it's my pleasure to be joined by one of our favorite friends one of
01:03:45the best to ever do it that's todd mcshay of the mcshay show casual on netflix todd what's up babe
01:03:49how
01:03:49we doing good how we doing today uh doing great man i'm okay you know things have been okay you
01:03:56know
01:03:56it was a slow drive in and my ankles hurting a little bit but all right we got anything yeah
01:04:01i wasn't
01:04:02asking you specifically okay i thought cody how you doing i thought you and i needed to catch up
01:04:06sorry i'm great todd great to have you here uh todd didn't ask you either cody anyway uh todd let's
01:04:13start with a question that you probably get eight times a day uh but it's one that the audience
01:04:18tends can't get enough of and that is arch manning uh where do we stand on the arch manning being
01:04:24the
01:04:24number one overall pick conversation it's been a wild ride this year with kind of all these
01:04:31quarterbacks you got dante moore coming off the concussion you know when when is he going to come
01:04:35back into action for oregon um chambliss has has played of of this group the best you know but he's
01:04:43how tall is he is going to be the question that we all ask um absolutely love the way he
01:04:48plays the game
01:04:49uh and then there's arch who's uneven i'll put it that way the sec the first half against ohio state
01:04:59the only thing that kept running through my mind is as he's staring you know locking onto his first
01:05:05read and staring down receivers and the offense isn't flowing but there's the the interception off
01:05:11of a essentially a drop pass by cam coleman and and some other mistakes happening but i'm just i'm just
01:05:16like i don't know that he's ready yet maybe this is this is going to be a developmental year for
01:05:22next
01:05:22year and then we'll talk about him in the 2028 draft and then the second half happens and it's like
01:05:27yeah there's not many guys who can do this you know um but he doesn't follow that up and kind
01:05:33of take
01:05:33off from there so i'm waiting to see more consistency from him and the irony in all of it is
01:05:39he is a manning
01:05:40right and and and and the thought was always yeah he's not the most developed pastor great athlete
01:05:47coming in he's got you know he's six foot four he's 230 plus pounds he can run like a gazelle
01:05:54but
01:05:55but we you would think that he being around the game his whole life and with his uncles being peyton
01:06:00and eli the progression stuff and where his eyes need to be and the mechanics would all be drilled in
01:06:06and he's just not there yet so i still think there's a strong possibility depending on how the
01:06:12rest of this season progresses that arch is back in austin next year but i i'm not making any
01:06:19definitive decision on anything yet with arch because all it takes is a four game run kind of
01:06:23similar to what he had late last season and and we're looking at a guy who's like yeah i he
01:06:28could use
01:06:29some more game experience but my gosh like his his combination of skills so this is going to be an
01:06:34interesting uh run for for texas and for arch manning because there are flashes of it but
01:06:40the inconsistency is still concerning where i'm not ruling out him returning to school next year
01:06:45hi todd brandon walker the number one college football media personality in the country
01:06:49i actually we're told by you and everyone else there that you are yes oh wow thanks guys i didn't
01:06:57know you guys were saying it as well i say i do say quite a bit uh so i want
01:07:01to ask about
01:07:01a non-quarterback situation actually i want to talk about two edge guys and if you talk about
01:07:06the top 10 picks you know the names dylan stewart and colin simmons have been around the entire time
01:07:11they're just tantalizing talents they're incredible colin simmons had the five sack game a couple weeks
01:07:16ago he also had the penalty where he took out his metaphorical penis and peed all over the field
01:07:21and then dylan stewart is getting suspended indefinitely and he's punching people and he's
01:07:26you know the coaches there's obviously some problems how much do scouts at this point in the
01:07:30season really look at that stuff and say well i don't know i it's or is the talent so tantalizing
01:07:36and so incredible that it will outweigh all of that as we turn the page towards draft season in a
01:07:41few
01:07:41months you know what was interesting is that that all happened in one day you know and so
01:07:48there's one action that's like immature young like you can kind of write that one off with colin
01:07:55simmons yeah so we sprayed all over the field metaphorically as you say he's marking his territory
01:08:00but but you it's as an evaluator it's like yeah he did that but like he's probably not going to
01:08:07do
01:08:07that again and five sacks you know and and just terrorizing the offense all day long and then you
01:08:13look at dylan stewart and it's people have to realize with dylan stewart like when we talk about his
01:08:19elite traits it is elite of elite you're talking tall long has some power to to his game uh fast
01:08:27can bend the edge has torso flexibility everything you look for but he went from six and a half sacks
01:08:34as a freshman to four and a half last year comes into this year with a back injury he's in
01:08:39this like
01:08:39load management mode right and then he comes out in that alabama game and he's completely unhinged
01:08:46and the thing that was interesting talking to scouts after that game i'm calling and texting
01:08:53with with guys in the league about like where what are your thoughts i just want to get reactions so
01:08:59i
01:08:59can kind of utilize that with my own reactions and share with with our audience and a couple guys were
01:09:05like it absolutely we've known about this with with dylan stewart for a while and and people in south
01:09:14carolina like no coach is going to roll a player under the bus it's horrible for recruiting but
01:09:19there's been signs and there's been warnings we've gotten but but also he's not a finisher and and
01:09:26typically guys who don't produce sacks in college wind up not producing them in the nfl and he leaves a
01:09:33lot of sacks on the field with comes in hot plays on out of control sometimes doesn't isn't able to
01:09:39kind
01:09:39of like gear down and finish the finish the play and so that combination of things really has nfl
01:09:45teams concerned i think he's a top five talent like just pure traits all day long but i also think
01:09:52that
01:09:52there's enough concern about is the sack production going to be there there in the nfl for a guy who
01:09:57should be a double digit sack guy in college and the nfl um and then what are we getting in
01:10:02terms of
01:10:03bringing this this young man into our locker room so i can see him falling out of the top 10
01:10:07i don't think
01:10:08he's as talented as um as uh carter was coming out of georgia and we saw that that fall so
01:10:15to i think
01:10:17he was number nine overall to the philadelphia eagles so i it's going to be interesting to see but
01:10:22in a year where you have all these quarterbacks and you also have you have leonard moore at cornerback
01:10:29you have the best player in the entire country jeremiah smith at wide receiver it's going to be a
01:10:34hard top 10 for anybody to crack into so colin simmons has done enough where it's like yeah he's
01:10:40going to be a top 10 pick dylan stewart right now is absolutely on the outside looking in wow good
01:10:45question brandon thanks guys i i got a question todd uh yes first of all hello good morning we we've
01:10:54talked what do you think about his shirt todd it's it's cow print todd what the hell is that thank
01:11:00you
01:11:00todd it's it's a it was a running app of it from what we did on the show yeah yeah
01:11:05ask your stupid
01:11:06ass question we've talked offense we've talked defense who's somebody you see in this upcoming
01:11:12draft who could really rise up the board that we're really not talking about a whole lot right now on
01:11:17either side of the ball uh i mean there's will eckles is a player from from all miss and i
01:11:24know that
01:11:24defense has not played well but my gosh if you just watch eckles and and the way he plays uh
01:11:29i think
01:11:30he's the top 10 pick in just about any draft when you look at it just like the quickness the
01:11:35power what
01:11:35he's able to do the disruption that he creates um reed harris is a player i don't think people
01:11:41nationally know him that well transfer from boston college to arizona state he's been phenomenal so far
01:11:49this season but again who's talking about arizona state with the start they've had this season
01:11:53sam levitt obviously transfers out of there uh jordan tyson is gone now but reed harris comes in
01:12:00he's like six foot four 200 plus pounds physical can get down the field vertically runs estimated like
01:12:07four four three somewhere in that range and has been tracking the ball beautifully this wide receiver
01:12:12class in general like cam coleman's not had the best start but traits wise and tools wise i expect him
01:12:19to
01:12:19to continue to kind of increase in terms of production as the season goes on but it's jeremiah
01:12:26smith who's putting together one of the best early seasons we've ever seen at wide receiver may may
01:12:31honestly wind up like the highest grade i've ever given is calvin johnson at wide receiver and he may
01:12:37wind up with a better grade than calvin johnson that was like he's he's in that like ran he's in
01:12:42that
01:12:43like randy moss calvin johnson range okay so there's that and then you got cam coleman and charlie
01:12:49becker from from indiana i'm excited to see becker get some competition but he's certainly played uh to
01:12:55the level where you it's created a big debate at wide receiver too nick marsh his teammate has had an
01:13:01excellent start to the season as well he's he's super talented bryant wescoe on a clemson team that's
01:13:06been really hard to watch offensively especially um he's been outstanding and we've been waiting for kind
01:13:12of this breakout year from him um and reed harris i would put in that that same range of like
01:13:18mid late
01:13:18first round if he continues to play the way he has todd is is this quarterback class still as full
01:13:27and sort of legendary as we spent all offseason like you just look at the stats and you look at
01:13:33the
01:13:33top guys in the entire country it's not the names that you would think that would be there but i
01:13:38know
01:13:38that stats don't always tell the story especially when we haven't gotten that much conference play yet
01:13:41so like are they living up to the billing are our nfl team still as hyped as on this crop
01:13:46of
01:13:46quarterbacks as we thought they would be it's a good question there's a few different angles to
01:13:53approach this right there's more depth in this class if if all of them wind up coming out yeah
01:14:01there's also more opportunity than people everyone wants to make early judgments and here's where we are
01:14:06i talked about dante with the concussion and oregon's early struggles it hasn't been on dante
01:14:11he hasn't been perfect but you go back and watch even the oklahoma state loss like he missed one
01:14:16sail route to the left that he overthrew other than that like in terms of throwing the football he's
01:14:22absolutely the best like pure pocket passer in this class darian mensa has been sensational he's
01:14:28done nothing but help himself at miami transferring from duke um cj carr has they haven't played anybody
01:14:34really first real test of you know of any like scouting from a scouting standpoint is north carolina
01:14:42he was brilliant i think cj carr is the guy that everyone's kind of overlooking right now and if he
01:14:47continues to play at this level as they play a little bit better competition the second half of
01:14:51the season i think cj carr is going to be in the mix as we talk about teams in the
01:14:56in the top 10 looking
01:14:57for quarterbacks if he leaves but that's the thing like arch can come back next year cj carr can come
01:15:04back next year almost all of these guys can come back next year chambliss has been exceptional even
01:15:09though they just they lost that game to florida it wasn't on him they didn't have uh kewan lacy in
01:15:16that game they weren't they weren't able to balance it out the defense has been awful but you talk about
01:15:20that louisville comeback and some of his performances going back to georgia last year in the college football
01:15:25playoff so there's still a bunch of guys like right now i've got dante one arch two chambliss three
01:15:30car four mensa five sam levitt's probably going to be back at lsu and and i get the inconsistency as
01:15:37a
01:15:37passer but when as he like the development i've even seen in season so far if he continues on that
01:15:44trajectory whether it's the end of this year the end of next year he's got a chance to be a
01:15:49top 10 pick
01:15:50drew mestemaker is really opening up a lot of eyes at oklahoma state um i'm excited to see him as
01:15:56as the
01:15:57season progresses i think he's got some tools i think lenora sellers from south carolina is as
01:16:03talented as any of them but i think he's also the most confused and and and least supported of all
01:16:10of these quarterbacks right now i want to see him not only come back to school i want to see
01:16:14him go
01:16:14somewhere else next year poorly you know whether it's miami or or another program that's looking for
01:16:20that one-year guy to come in um and then nico iamaliava we get to see a great opportunity this
01:16:25week
01:16:25right against oregon um he he's got traits and he makes throws that that blow you away so
01:16:31the depth of this class is sensational here's the thing watching college football this year there are
01:16:38two guys where you're like oh wait yeah yeah that that's what a number one overall pick could look
01:16:44like and should look like and it's unfortunately brandon walker camario taylor's one of them wow
01:16:52but the guy who i think could wind up being the best of all of them is keelan russell yeah
01:16:58and we're
01:16:58gonna see the the the biggest test he'll have of the entire regular season will be this saturday
01:17:06against georgia i'm telling you i just watched that defense on tape this group is it's wild like
01:17:11i'm not saying it's it's going back to to jalen carter and and those guys but it's it's the closest
01:17:17thing that kirby smart has had defensively in terms of versatility just viciousness like firing
01:17:23on all cylinders a back seven that can kind of move around do different things linebackers that
01:17:29you don't know if they're going to move into three technique or be like dropping into coverage as an
01:17:33outside like a stand-up outside linebacker this defense is for real i know they haven't played
01:17:38anyone that's this challenge them i don't think we're going to see and mark this down i don't
01:17:44think we're going to see a better unit versus unit matchup in all of college football during the
01:17:50regular season than what we're going to see in tuscaloosa on saturday when alabama's offense is
01:17:55on the field versus that georgia defense there you go guys i mean we've been hyping the game all day
01:18:00long we're gonna continue to hype it that's the best hype we could possibly get tom mcshay host
01:18:05the mcshay show catcher ringer netflix everywhere uh we have marked it down todd for what it's worth
01:18:10thank you so much i didn't mention it this time but you look beautiful as ever your color looks
01:18:15great what's wrong with you uh well we're just yeah i mean he he likes to do this thing brandon
01:18:20every every time we come on am i lying does he not look we're just trying to keep we're just
01:18:24trying
01:18:25to keep up with the the brandon walker show is the number one college football show doing our best
01:18:30thank you todd you're the best todd with the camario shout out the brandon walker shout out
01:18:34oh wow brandon did actually mark it down yeah i wrote it down he told me to write it down
