00:00Quand Mikel first came in, he kept talking about process, process, process
00:02and he was for straight Arsenal fans
00:04and I was probably the same as them
00:06like what do you mean process, process, process
00:08and when I got there, after a week
00:10I saw it straight away
00:12What was he doing in training?
00:14So he was working with 30, 35 year olds, 28 year olds
00:19no matter what, coach them
00:20they want to be coached
00:21and I'm talking about coaching
00:22about body position to receive
00:24first touch, timing to move
00:26and stuff that you'd have been taught
00:27when he was 14, 15
00:28but he would go into it all the time
00:30and then he'd arrive in the morning
00:32there'd be a meeting
00:33that he was highlighting that in the meeting
00:36and you could see
00:37that all of this little individual stuff
00:40was building up into like a team structure thing
00:42Does he run them?
00:43Does he run the players?
00:44Does he run the players?
00:45Yeah, yeah
00:46how hard they worked
00:48was, I was there
00:50I was training in it
00:51and I was like
00:51I can't do this
