'PINAHAMAK NILA ANG ATING BUTIHING IKALAWANG PANGULO'  Senator-judge Raffy Tulfo blamed the people surrounding Vice President Sara Duterte for allegedly failing to protect her from legal trouble during Day 37 of her impeachment trial.  Tulfo questioned why Duterte, her husband Atty. 01:20Now, bakit kahit isa man lang sa kanila, hindi sa ulado ang Article 7, Section 13 ng ating konstitusyon?
