00:00So I like to just sleep in, I sleep till seven, seven 30. And then, um, I like to train
00:06in the
00:07morning in the gym. So I'll do that before lunch. And then I'll actually have a little bit of
00:11relaxed time in between that and lunch. Um, cause I feel like I've never been an early practice guy.
00:19I like to kind of have coffee in the morning and, you know, have your lunch and you actually get
00:25all your meals at home and you get some nice, uh, energy from that too. And then I like to
00:31head
00:31out to the golf course after lunch. So I'll probably head out to the course around one-ish
00:36or so, um, 1231. And then depending on the day, depending on what it looks like, I always like
00:43to play minimum nine holes every time I go out. Um, so I always start on the range probably. I'll
00:50do
00:51some baseline work, making sure that set up is, is where I, where I needed to be, uh, making sure
00:57I haven't deviated from that, from playing. Um, and then, um, I don't spend a ton of time on the
01:03range, to be honest. Um, I like to just do the baseline stuff and then, uh, might do some numbers,
01:09making sure that, um, my, my, my wedge numbers or irons are good. And then, uh, I like to go
01:15play.
01:15Um, so I'll do some putting definitely, uh, probably 45 minutes or so. Um, I like to keep
01:22my sessions pretty short, um, 45 minutes, probably an hour tops. Cause I feel like if I go more than
01:30an hour, my, the quality just goes down and, um, I tend to, to not lose interest, but the quality
01:38definitely goes down. So I like to keep it a little shorter, a little bit more intense, and then
01:41rather take 10 minutes of break in between just to refuel the brain and the mind and those things
01:47to make sure that you're really there. Um, and then, um, definitely go play.
