00:22the crossing is closed. Network Rail said they will not permit construction near the Bristol-Exeter
00:28line when temperatures rise because the heat can destabilise the tracks, forcing work to
00:33pause. The Ministry of Defence funds most of the £20 million rebuild and North Somerset
00:39Council will own and maintain the new bridge for 120 years.
