00:00You don't eat on game days? Is that a real thing?
00:02That's a very real thing.
00:03How do you play on game days? You expend so much energy.
00:06It's tough. Everybody's system is different.
00:08When I come to that press conference, if I could do the press conference while eating a steak,
00:13I would do the press conference while eating a steak.
00:15It's something I've fought my whole career.
00:17We all have nerves of different levels.
00:21It just kind of is what it is.
00:23Everybody's got their different things.
00:25Some guys can't sleep.
00:26I don't have the I can't sleep problem.
00:28How do you keep your energy up?
00:30Keeping my energy up to coach is no problem.
00:32You've seen me.
00:34A lot of sugar-free fluids.
00:38Does this go back to when you were an assistant or was this just a head coach?
00:41Head coach thing.
00:42See, assistants, they sleep and eat well.
00:46They're going for runs.
00:49They're working out.
00:50The head coach is a nervous wreck all day.
00:53That's how I'll know when I've had an office.
00:54When I'm not, when game day doesn't, my game day stomach and mind, I know what it feels like.
01:04And when I don't have that anymore, that nervousness or that stress, I won't care as much.
01:11Yeah.
