00:00We're in Navarre Beach, Florida right now, ahead of Category 3, Hurricane Isaias.
00:06The outer bands have moved in, winds are increasing up above tropical storm storms,
00:11and we just got in to learn about an increased storm surge forecast here,
00:15and you need to evacuate now if you're in Navarre Beach.
00:18You can already see the waves piling up here on the intercoastal waterway.
00:22There is likely going to be a storm surge greater than 7 feet here.
00:26That's going to arrive when the eye wall comes ashore.
00:29That comes in at a 90-degree angle to the shoreline.
00:32The dirty eye wall, eastern eye wall, that's where we expect the biggest storm surge.
00:36Hurricane Isaias is forecast to make landfall later this evening about 9 or 10 p.m.,
00:42maybe a little after that.
00:44It's moving out to the north at about 15 miles an hour,
00:47and we are very concerned about the tornado threat with Hurricane Isaias.
00:51That's for those mid-level dry slots that wrap around the hurricane,
00:55getting a little bit removed from the intercoast,
00:57just like a train of supercells capable of even producing strong tornadoes.
01:02Look for Hurricane Isaias.
01:04The pressure continues to fall.
01:06Maximum sustained winds at 120 miles an hour.
01:09Those might come down a little bit as the tip to interact with the land.
