00:00There's no way around the path to victory.
00:02Something that you've been stressing this week as well is we know that it's not going to be bombs away
00:09with Tyler Huntley,
00:10but he's got to take shots to keep this defense honest.
00:14He averaged a career low last year, even when he was really effective.
00:19Career low, 6.2 air yards per attempt.
00:23He only had three passes of at least 20 yards downfield.
00:28It can't all be Dinkin' Ducks.
00:30I remember you saying if you see these quick screens, you're going to jump at the end.
00:34You have to be at least able to keep the defense honest.
00:38Look, a quick screen is an extension of the run game.
00:41We acknowledge that.
00:42But you can't come out just quick game because they expect that.
00:47They've been practicing quick screen all week, I guarantee it,
00:49because that's what they do when Tyler Huntley's in the game.
00:52Everything's, like you said, within six yards of the line of scrimmage.
00:55I wouldn't mind seeing them come out and, look, this is when playing under center is going to be huge.
01:00Tyler turning his back to the defense and putting the ball into the breadbasket of the running back
01:04and pulling it out and looking for those intermediate crossing routes.
01:07I want to see a lot of six- and seven-yard crossers and shallow routes.
01:10And I think that's where Huntley and Declan Doyle need to leave.
01:14Now, obviously, that's predicated off Derrick Henry getting going,
01:18and it makes play-action effective because they struggle against play-action
01:22and they struggle against intermediate passes.
