00:07I want to be candid with our community.
00:09This is one of the most difficult and heartbreaking scenes our officers and investigators have ever encountered.
00:15The loss of life is devastating, and the circumstances we are working through are deeply disturbing.
00:20At this time, we can confirm that the suspect is deceased.
00:24Based on the information currently available to us, there is no ongoing threat to the public.
00:28Our hearts are with the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this tragedy.
00:33There are no words that can be adequately expressed the magnitude of the loss of life here.
00:41Our investigators are working diligently as we speak to establish the full circumstances of what occurred.
00:47We will not speculate about a motive or at least information that could compromise this investigation.
00:55I can tell you that this is a tragic, tragic situation.
00:59This is one of the worst situations, if not the worst situation, that I have ever experienced in my 28
01:04-plus years as a police officer.
01:07At this point in time, because I don't want to speculate, we're still inside the scene.
01:16We're still processing the scene.
01:17I can tell you...
