00:15Yeah, there's only potential distractions when you read and believe what people are saying.
00:20So, no matter what's being said, no matter what's being talked about consistently or not,
00:26you believe what you want to believe and you hear what you want to hear.
00:29So, it's on us as teammates and individuals as professionals to understand what the nature of it is.
00:34Yeah, people are going to talk about it, but I guess we have control into our jobs.
00:38And so, like I said, we're going to have each other's back regardless.
00:40And we're human as well. There's going to be days, we have good days, bad days, whatever.
00:44But, like I said, I think the way we want is just because of how connected we were as a
00:49group.
00:49So, we've got to keep that.
