00:00What was your initial reaction when you heard the news of the guilty verdict?
00:04Well, surprised and obviously disappointed.
00:07Do you feel let down at all by the club?
00:10No, not in the slightest.
00:11I've got to tell you, what I'm disappointed by is the vitriol and the hypocrisy of all the other fans
00:18saying we're cheats, etc.
00:21I wouldn't actually call it cheats, but if you're talking in that context,
00:24in my view, the cheats are the Arsenals, the Liverpools, Uniteds for trying to stop City doing exactly what Blackburn
00:32did years ago,
00:33Chelsea have done in more recent times, spending money without going into debt and to challenge the so-called elite
00:42clubs.
00:42All City have done is try to break into that and make the league more interesting.
00:46Otherwise, Arsenal, Liverpool and United have been winning it every year.
00:50And I've got to say, if you ask me how I feel about the club, I'm actually genuinely incredibly proud
00:55that we're actually standing up and we're having the balls to actually challenge
00:59and not do what other clubs have done and just accept the rules as they are,
01:03which are clearly done to prevent City from challenging and anyone else from challenging the elite.
