00:03Surrounded in the surf at Sorrento, with a handful of sand, Greg O'Neill's family
00:08say a final goodbye.
00:12My dad and I have looked out at this ocean together more times than I can count.
00:20I cannot believe that we won't be able to do that again together side by side.

00:31A month on, his family urging the crowd to return to the water, describing it as their

00:41Keep swimming, keep paddling, keep walking, keep doing the things you love, just as dad
00:45would have done.
00:46Amongst those dipping their toes in, the friend who was swimming with Greg O'Neill when he

01:02as a group I think this is going to help heal us, bring us together and we're going to move
01:07forward.
01:08This is the first time many of Greg's family and friends have ventured back into the water
01:12here at Sorrento.

01:23A community coming together as it comes to terms with tragedy on its shores.
01:29I am taking some comfort in knowing that now when I look out to the sea, I'm not on my
01:35own.
01:36He is looking back at me with his beautiful ocean blue eyes.
01:40I am not on my own.
01:44I am on my own.
