00:00I think more meaningful to be here with this group of guests who care about Palestine, who care about the
00:07conscience of humanity that's been tarnished tremendously throughout the last three years.
00:13We will tell the world about the genocide and we will, inshaAllah, show solidarity with our brothers and sisters in
00:22Palestine for what they have been suffering throughout, especially these last three years, but obviously since 1948.
00:30The immense humanitarian situation perseveres and continues and it is such a circumstance that because we are in a so
00:45-called ceasefire situation, people think the humanitarian issue on the ground is subsided.
00:53It's not as bad, but unfortunately every day genocide continues, every day we have attacks, every day we have killings,
01:01not only in Gaza, also in the West Bank.
01:04The situation in West Bank and in Al-Quds is getting worse by the day, so we have to make
01:12sure that the resources that we can pull together are strategically managed so that we have better outcomes.
01:21The UK and some Western countries were able to get together to make some meaningful decisions about goods coming out
01:29of Israel and about their targeting only the settlement areas, but that's the beginning.
01:36Hopefully they will extend that to whole Israeli products at some point.
01:40This breakfast is sort of a concrete version of what we need to do about that is really empowering the
01:49producers, empowering the investors and any startups coming from the region.
01:56Obviously it should start from ground, it should start from food, but it should grow into more value-added sectors
02:05in technology, in medicine, in other fields.
02:08In sha Allah we can get together and do these meetings in Al-Quds all together in peace and harmony,
02:15in sha Allah.
02:15As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullah.
02:16Thank you very much.
