00:02And last week, I did a rally at a place called Dayton. Have you ever heard of Dayton?
00:09And I said to John Gruden, who's a big celebrity, great coach, great everything. He was a great
00:15player in college. I said, John, what are you doing here? I thought he was going to say,
00:19I'm here for you, sir. I have such respect for you. But he didn't say that. He said,
00:24I'm here for my teammate. I said, who's your teammate? He said, it's John Huston.
00:30I said, what did you do? You go ahead. What did you do? He said, no, no. He was
00:35on my football team. I said, was he any good? Yeah, he was the best player on the team.
00:48No, you know, I know he's like, he's a guy. He's one of the most respected men in Washington
00:55already. Already. And he hasn't been there that long. He put in there temp and he, I
01:01said, you got to stay. You got to stay. But one of the most respected men. But I said to
01:05John Gruden, I said, what do you mean he was a good player? He never talks about it. It's
01:11unlike you, sir. Because if I had his football record, they would have thought I was Jimmy
01:19Brown or somebody. I would have said, I'm the greatest player. No, he was like a safety.
01:26And he had a record number of interceptions, 17. He was an All-American football player.
01:31I didn't know that about John. And today I watched him. I explained that a week ago. By the way,
01:39his poll numbers have gone through the roof since I did. Ohio tends to like football. But
01:44no, he was an All-American football player. And when John Gruden said he was the best player
01:49on the team, and I think they were like a championship team, a great team. But I just watched him
01:55in
01:55the plane coming in, ranting and revving. He's like become a different man now that we find
01:59out he was a great athlete. And you know, I have to say, so I was over, I called him
02:05up last
02:05weekend. He was talking. I'm standing right over here as I do with candidates, et cetera,
02:10because I'm making a lot of stops. But this is, I think, about the only one I've made too.
02:14That means I like Ohio. We have to get Vivek. And we have to get John. Let him get them
02:21in.
02:21And I think they will. I think they're going to be a good job. But I'm standing over here.
02:25And I don't do this with men very often. I started examining his body because I didn't
02:30know he was a great athlete. And I looked and I watched up and down. I looked at his ass
02:36and I looked at the hole. And then I looked at his hands. Look at his hands. He's got these
02:42like claws. And I got it. You are a great athlete. I didn't know that because he doesn't talk
02:49about that. Congratulations. Now they finally know. That was very good. And it was John Bruton
02:56that told me. We would have never known. And you made a great speech. He's a fantastic man.
03:03He's a very respected guy. And I want to just wish everybody a very happy Columbus Day.
