The reality of the Day of Judgement capture in Surah Abasa is both terrifying and profoundly awakening. A day so intense that the people we love most in this world, our brothers, our parents, our spouses and our children will be the ones we turn from, because every soul will be consumed by its own standing before Allah.
Are we preparing for the day when nothing will matter but our deeds?
