00:00One Pleasant is a very formidable opponent. They are the defending champions of the said tournament.
00:07They proved their championship pedigree when they came from behind late in the group and came back to be on
00:14top of the group.
00:15So it's going to be a difficult one. So I would say it will take a lot of hard work
00:19for us to get over here.
00:21It certainly would not be an easy task for Club Sandow against the Jamaicans.
00:25And Coach Angus Eve explained the difficulties he's faced in his preparation.
00:30It's been difficult simply because we don't have readily available matches to play.
00:36There's no league going on in the country. So we have to replicate match fitness in training sessions and stuff.
00:44As I said, we were a bit fortunate. We had about five players who played with the national team most
00:49recently.
00:50So they've been able to get some much needed match fitness under the belts and they did very well representing
00:56the country.
00:57Despite the challenges, the former national captain spoke on the strides they've made for both club and country.
01:03Massive for us right now because our football is in the nation. It's a bit of a transition period.
01:10So if we could continue to fly the flag high, it would mean something and it would probably boost what
01:17we have to do at the national level.
01:19Because we most recently we have about five or six players on the team.
01:24So it shows that the work that we are doing is impacting at a national level.
