00:09the relevant guidelines now in place, which have been fixed by reference to the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public
00:17Property Act of 2015.
00:19That Act was amended by this Parliament and the Ministry is seeking guidance with respect to those matters from the
00:32Office of the Attorney General.
00:34With respect to Part 3, the Commissioner of Police has advised that the principal considerations that he uses to determine
00:44whether a TTPS vehicle is unserviceable and should be designated for disposal,
00:51those considerations are, one, the economic feasibility of continuing to repair and maintain the vehicle, two, the age of the
01:01vehicle, and three, any relevant safety considerations.
