00:00As an artiste, how do you take care of your mental health?
00:03It is very hard, but I think one thing that I learned that was very good for me was working
00:09out.
00:10Now, ironically, I haven't worked out since the 12th of September,
00:15but working out and using your body and just like forgetting everything is very important.
00:21So I've been doing that like three times a week, and that helps a lot.
00:27And I think also reading and not being online all the time is very important.
00:33I think we're seeing a big, I think we're going to see a big boom in reading
00:36because I think we're all trying to like, you know, log off the Internet a little bit more,
00:42like not being glued to our phones all the time.
00:45So I think that's a way to like take more care of your mental health
00:52and also, yeah, not look at what other artists are doing and compare yourself.
00:59I think it's important to, you know, just, yeah, don't do that.
01:03I said, but it took time for you to don't stop comparing to the others.
01:08I think, you know, I think anyone can do that.
01:13I think even artists that you think have everything will look at some artists and be like,
01:18fuck, why can't I do that?
01:21Or, you know, I think a lot of people depends on if you're feeling like shit that day,
01:27you might do that.
01:28So sometimes, you know, I don't feel good enough for something
01:32and then I see someone doing something really cool
01:35and instead of just being happy for them, I could feel that,
01:38oh, I wish I was as cool or something.
01:41But I think learning to put those thoughts away is very important.
01:46I think it's very normal for artists to feel that.
01:49So, yeah, I don't do it as much anymore
01:53because I'm still becoming more sort of happy with myself.
02:00But I think if you're not happy with yourself,
02:02I think it's easy to look elsewhere.
02:05No, no, you wait.
