00:16Let's talk of alcohol-free beer right now.
00:21For me, beer still has alcohol in it if we talk about it from a standard point of view.
00:25But alcohol-free beer definitely has one, I think it's a rightful position at this point in the beer scene.
00:34But for a brewery like ours, we make lambic beers, traditional gerze, outer gerze, specifically for instance.
00:44Beer is contained in fermentation, where the fermentation happens thanks to yeast that is present in the air of the
00:51pasteurization system for our bottles, for instance.
00:53It's something that we would need. We could ask a colleague and say, hey, can you bottle it?
00:58We can.
00:59I know, I know. I'll talk to you later maybe.
01:02No, but it's not necessarily the main point right now.
01:08Another direction we've taken is maybe, you know, recently we made, we also make some top fermented beer.
01:14And recently we made a blonde beer, Devil's Beer Blonde it is called.
01:19And you could say, hey, let's make a blonde beer of 8 or 10% alcohol, that's fun.
01:24Especially with a name that's loosely translated Beer of the Devil.
01:29But I thought, no, let's just make it 6%.
01:31You could go 5 or 4 even.
01:33But let's make it 6% because you don't necessarily have to go high.
01:36And people do appreciate that because we're selling it regionally especially and people seem to really appreciate it's only 6%.
01:42And I think that's also in a way an answer to not going directly to 0% or 0.5
01:48% but, you know, reducing alcohol percentages.
