00:00Here's the five biggest announcements from Gamescom ONL 2026.
00:03Kicking off our highlights in the entire show itself was Nerdist Fall.
00:07Now, the trailer might trick you into thinking it was something from FromSoft,
00:10but this is actually something new from Hoyoverse, aka the developer behind games like Genshin Impact.
00:15It's a multi-mythology co-op action game where you play as a weaver facing off against mythical beasts.
00:20Exodus, the Mass Effect-like RPG, finally got a release date and it's coming on April 7th,
00:252027. We also got a closer look at Salt, one of the companions who just so happens to also be
00:30an
00:30Octopus. This mech piloting cephalopod serves as a sniper who can disorient enemies with ink.
00:35Plus, we got some backstory for the Octopus which got me a bit emotional.
00:39Warlock, the next big D&D game to come after Baldur's Gate 3,
00:42follows Katri after she makes a dangerous pact with Tasha, voiced by none other than Orin herself,
00:47Maggie Robertson. We got a good look at some of the magic, spells, rituals and otherworldly weapons
00:52we'll be wielding too. Our new look at Final Fantasy VII Revelation was brief, but it did
00:56give us our first look at several of the finale's big weapon fights. After months of speculation,
01:01Ruby Weapon, Emerald Weapon and Ultima Weapon have all made their big debut,
01:05and these epic battles are looking spectacular so far. Now, just to wait until Spring 2027.
01:10Closing out the show and our highlights was a dual Witcher 3 announcement. On September 29th,
01:15we're getting The Witcher 3 Remastered, a free upgrade for anyone who already owns the game,
01:19with updated visuals and gameplay. Then, we got a teaser trailer for upcoming add-on Songs of the
01:24Past, which drops sometime in 2027 and is a new adventure to the peaceful realm of Latin.
