At 51, Kutub Uddin Ji was dealing with carcinoma of the buccal mucosa, a type of oral cancer. When he was assessed on 17 September 2026, he was experiencing severe pain inside his mouth, difficulty chewing, pain radiating towards his left ear, and gradual weight loss.

During his care journey, he opted for oral medication rather than the suggested Panchakarma therapy. At his follow-up on 14 October 2026, he reported less pain, a reduction in the size of the oral ulcer, and an improved ability to chew food. He also reported no further weight loss.
