In a world of werewolves, on the night of the blood moon, Alpha Damon and the commoner Aria shared a one-night affair that left her pregnant with twins. Aria gave birth to Leo and Noah, but the villainess Selene stole Noah away to pass him off as the prince, while Aria raised the sickly Leo all alone. To save Leo, Aria entered the castle as a wet nurse, where she was reunited with Damon.
